Long time customer, I have referred both friends and family to buy shoes here. I do not know if this store is under new management or what has happened but at my most recent visit I was completely ignored despite there being more employees than customers in the store. There is no way for this store to be self service and it feels pretty stupid to stand around for 10 minutes holding 2 different display shoes and receiving no accknowledgement at all.

Just bought some new running shoes and they were super helpful. Theyll talk to you about how youre feet hit and what shoes will help. The younger blonde guy I was talking with was very polite and courteous. I saw another employee go through about 10 pairs of shoes with an older guy and he did it with a smile. They dont do five-fingers as far as I saw, but Im sure they could point you in the right direction or order some.

The staff at Run With It is very knowledgeable about running shoes and running in general. whether you are starting out or a seasoned runner, they are more than willing to help. Through the store, there is a couch 2 5k program that is offered. The coaches for this program are workers (and owner) of the store or former members of the group. There is a feel of family is this group that keeps you coming back.

Being a former serious runner and a pretend one now (more social) this is my go to running shop because Run With It covers the spectrum for all types of runners. They are highly knowledgeble, friendly, and helpful; and I love that they are a great supporter of the community.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I was shopping for new running shoes. The woman that helped me was exceptionally knowledgeable. I wear size 14 which is always hard to find. They had every pair I wanted to try in my size. I highly recommend.
