Love the store. Shop there often. Very friendly staff. Michelle in shoes, and mens as well. Is a great addition to the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable in the shoe dept. Sold me 12 pair of boots and opened a credit app with me on Black Friday a few years ago. I have been shopping there ever since. Kelly is also a great addition the store always looks fresh and neat and clean.

Belks has a lot of beautiful casual and business clothes for women. There is always a sale going on so I never pay retail. I especially like the New Directions line of tops and blouses. The employees are always friendly and if they dont have my size they will ship the item to my house from their website for free. I do wish they would carry pants in talls since I am 5 11".
