Theres a few restaurants here that get swamped because its the only commercial area on Sand Key. Theres a quick mart that sells just about everything you need milk eggs cooked food lotto etc. Theres a dunkin donuts but they dont sell chocolate chip muffins thats weird. Theres a gallery and an ice cream shop as well. Theres a realtor and a clothing store.

The businesses here require much more parking than what is available. Only 2 or 3 handicap spaces, others dedicated to time limited parking, and the valet service in the evenings make the lot a snarl of traffic that is a total mood killer.

Various types of shops here, which is handy if you are visiting the area. Three restaurants plus a dunkin donuts. There is also a few clothing stores. In the back is a deck with a nice view of the intetcoastal.

Interesting shops. Beachy clothes and gifts. Fun setting with walk-thru to boardwalk on Intracoastal. Ice cream, coffee and of course Backwaters one end /Columbia at the other.

A lot of variety in these little shoppes. Quick walk from our condo so we visited a few times. Clothing shops were expensive though.
