Amazing people watching. I dont think you understand; the food court is great for sitting and watching folks. Only mall around that has certain stores like Torrid, Disney store, Aveeda, and ThinkGeek close by. Ice Rink in the middle that doesnt host hockey games but figure skating classes and birthday parties. The movies are at one end by the GNC and is nice inside (concessions expensive like normal, lots of HS kids, interesting arcade, big bathroom, comfy seats) and theres this kind of schizophrenic part that has nicer restaurants like PF Changs, Grimaldies, and Red Robin with valet parking and *terrible* regular parking. Has the only Whole Foods around (they gutted part of the Sears to make it). Kiosk guys are pretty annoying and always trying to sell you something like a cell phone even if youre holding a cell phone. I know theyre just doing their job but its still aggravating and theres a gauntlet of them on the second floor on the west end of the mall.

Decent mall has lots of stores to choose from. (The department store J.C Penny is outdated and old straight from the 70s. They need to consider doing something with the mold smell near the bathroom of that store also it stunk bad). Lots of restaurants and a movie theater they have plus a food court. (They need to get rid of Mr.Ds Pipe and Tobacco store the most rudest owners working there they dont deserve to be open if they are going to act rude and dont talk to customers). This mall is still hanging on not many store closings. Whole Foods is a expensive grocery store nothing great about that anchor and Sears is practically dead wouldnt be surprised if it closes after the holidays. Either way the other stores are okay and has lots of selection.

I have been going to this mall for many years but after my recent experience Im not so sure. Last week, my son was kicked out from the playground along with other kids because they were too tall and there are many little kids that play there as well. Well my son is only 6 years old and have been playing there for years but I guess they arent supposed to play there if they are taller than 36". He left with tears! BTW, I also have a 2 year old that plays there, so what am I supposed to do now? Let one kid play and not the other? Its unfair. They should have made a separate play area for older kids. I am very disappointed and will avoid going there in the future.

Dillards sucks and so does their customer service! Especially their employees because they dont know how customer service Works!! They just think that theyre right because they work there especially the manager who feels that a title entitles her to be superior above her customers and that she is always right!! WRONG! I contacted the service department that connected me to the corporate assistant that works in the headquarters. After my talk with her, I expect the manager at my mall location to be retrained in customer service or be FIRED!! HOPEFULLY SHE IS FIRED a title does not make you right!!

I went to Westfield Countryside Mall & had a good experience. I stopped here around 7:30p.m. for a pair of Nike tennis shoes. I had planned to shop at one or more of the 14 shoe stores including childrens. I walked into Macys from the outer door & they have a large selection of shoes.The athletic shoes department is small, but they had a good selection. I was very happy with the tennis shoes, I bought at Macys & the service was great. The young lady that waited on me was kind, patient, knowledgeable had good listening skills. Thank-you Macys, your store had just what, I was looking for.

Lots of variety in the stores, great options in the food court, always very clean throughout the entire mall. One of my favorite features are the family restrooms, one of which is an entire area that is set back down a long hallway on the first floor which includes private stalls for nursing, changing tables, a unisex restroom for adults and very small children, and a play area with comfortable chairs in case you and/or your child(ren) just need a break where its quiet and away from all of the chaos that is the mall.

This is a pretty standard outlet mall; its small-ish but that does make it easier to find things, always super clean, and theres a pretty decent variety of stores. Tons of people show up with their kids on the weekends, so maybe avoid those days. It never runs out of parking completely, but on busy days youll probably have to walk pretty far. Theres an ice rink, a movie theater, and some sit-down restaurants in addition to the standard mall department stores and smaller Forever 21s and the like.

The mall is okay I think security needs to be set up a little bit more due to just wild and crazy kids and I think the mom Park needs to have security because these kids just walk all over the babies and stuff like that like I think that the older kids should have a time when they go in and then the younger ones get out because all these parents are on their phone not paying attention and then their kids getting hurt and then they get mad and its just like you shouldnt have been on your phone

I have been going to this mall for years. It has saved my bacon for more birthdays and Christmases than I can count. The theater is good, despite being a little expensive. But a good selection in the food court, and nearly anything I ever needed to get is somewhere in here. From furniture, rugs, shoes, clothing, electronics, phones, etc., etc. It is clean, and the staffs here are usually really helpful with anything I need. And if anyone plays Pokemon, there are a bunch of stops in here.

Sephora was amazing at helping me choose the exact color foundation and lip stain I needed for my dark skin as I had been tanning regularly and my old one was too light as well as the perfect lipstick shade to fir my new darker skin. They spent a long time doing my entire face and didnt rush at all or walk away for more than a second. They focused completely on me to make sure I loved everything they thought would fit me well. I walked out feeling beautiful and very happy with my choices.

I like shopping at Citrus Park and International Mall a little better because I think they have more variety but Westfield Countryside is not a bad place to shop either (depending on what youre looking for). I wish they had a Francescas! I like that they added some healthy eating options (Green Market Cafe, Pholicious) and that you can get a quick massage upstairs near the food court. I love that the ice skating rink that I took lessons and skated on as a kid is still here.

Always come here for shopping, the movie theater, and to hang out with friends. But be cautious of the playground for the children on the ground floor. They dont clean it very well as Ive seen the staff do a very crappy job while I was waiting with my brother for them to reopen it. It was better to just leave it then for my brother to play there. For a spot meant for children to play in, I expected the staff to do a much better job, or at least care
