First impression, dont these employees walk in t same front door that i walk in; and they dont see t trash swirling around their front step and front door? Walked thru t entire store to see it all for t first visit, not another customer in t place, obvious that I was looking, no one offered even a hi. Found t grossly overpriced item that I was looking for, sighted several other expensive items, then walked out w/o a purchase or a goodbye.

They have everything here. The batteries should be additionally charged as you buy them. I have bought two batteries, on two different occasions. Each had very little pep. I needed to charge them with a home charger, to get them to be functional.

Very clean! A great place to go for anything boating or fishing related. They had a huge selection of everything from fishing rods to paddleboards. Definitely a hidden gem!

Somedays you have really good staff helping you out other days you have kind of snobby fisherman type staff looking down on you. Id go back, but only when they have sales.

They really stand behind their West Marine brand products. I had a 5yr old pair of binoculars and they gave me a new pair no wuestions asked, now thats customer service.
