Walked in to store at 230pm and a half hour later I left very mad. Not the service I have received in the past. Three customers in store and I was one of them. Five employees that I could see and none offered to help. After following two of the employees around and waiting till they got done talking about fishing with a person that came into the store after me. I stopped one of the fellows and asked if he could help me. He said no but the other fellow that was with him could and I waited. I then went to the cashier and asked him to help and he said he could not. I then went back to the other fellow and he said he could help. I got what I wanted and went to the cashier who was calling someone the radio to get a customer help. I asked why he did not do that for me and he said everyone was busy and if I had a problem I should take it up with them.

We have a Port Supply account for over ten years, we have Charter boats as well private boat. This time last year in Stuart they looked my receipt up for a ice maker to exchange and the lady said we had already spent 70,000 dollars. Tonight I didnt have my card on me and had a buggy over filled at least 1,000 dollars. It was 7 minutes before closing and the guy at the register wouldnt even look my account up! I also was returning 4 lights. He didnt wont to be delayed getting out of there. So I walk rite out and will not be back! I know they wouldnt tolerate that kind of service back home in Orange Beach. They must be desperate for help?

My father has been coming here since they opened to buy his boating needs. Gary in parts is very knowledgeable and knows what hes talking about. Malcolm also knows everything you could ask about Garmin and Raymarine and if either of them arent sure on something they take the time to research it and find the best option thats suitable for you. Terry the store manager is very patient and has a well rounded expertise with just about everything in the store. Good atmosphere, will continue shopping at this West Marine.
