If I could give this shop negative stars I would. I brought my wedding dress here to be altered. At first it seemed ok. But then the problems started. When I first went in a needed the bottom hemmed, a bustle put on and the boning in the dress shortened as I am shorter and it was poking at the waste. She said no problem and she would hem the bottom, do a bustle, and shorten the boning and sew it back in. When we went back for the next fitting the dress was still too long, the hem was not even all the way around, the boning was NOT put back in, and she didnt hem the under layer of the dress. I didnt want to make a scene or be rude so I just asked if she could shorten the dress on the sides and the inside layer. She charged us a second time for this which I didnt understand (her fault she didnt hem it enough). The last time we go back it seems better, but not perfect. I didnt want to be charged a 3rd time so I accepted the dress. Well the day of I put on my dress and lean against the bed and get stabbed with a pin. My bridesmaids turn up the back to find all the pins are in it and she NEVER HEMMED THE INSIDE. We wound up having to cut the dress apart underneath so I could walk in it. I hate all the photos of the bottom of the dress (still not hemmed correct). My mom went to try and get the second payment back and the seamstress/owner threw a fit. Refused to give her money back and wouldnt even apologize. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and RUN BY LIARS and THIEVES!!!!! NEVER take your dress there to be butchered by this jerk moron. I hope my review helps other brides to be not be so sad with their dress.

They ruined my wedding dress. When hemming the bottom, she cut it several inches too short and it was extremely uneven. Another alterations professional told me it could not be fixed, so I had to buy a second wedding dress. Mekong Bridal refused to give a refund for the cost of the alterations. The quality of their work was absolutely terrible.

When we walked in after calling her about dresses she didnt even want to fit me for anything just kept saying did I look online I could find something in my size there basically saying I was to fat for her stuff and for a day thats supposed to be fun and a dream turned to the worst day ever for me I would never have anyone go here.

I loved the way she did my dress, it looked Great! But when I needed to busel the back for the reception, it broke and I was stepping all over it all night! So I wasnt 100 Percent happy with the service for what I paid. So I wont be going there EVER!

Went to get 4 patches replaced on my Army Class A jacket. 2 werent lined up correctly, and he used a completely different colored thread on the black patches. Wont go there again.

She did a fabulous job on altering my wedding dress. I needed it done quickly and she did. Reasonable prices as well. Taken several pairs of pants here to be altered too.
