Dalis Bridal Boutique is a dream, let me tell you about the nightmare before we found them. My daughter and I went to Gainesville, Fl to the large bridal outlet. We thought there was a better chance of finding the right dress if they had a big selection. We had an appointment. What that was for, I have no idea as we received almost no help. We were given several dresses and left to our own devises. Finally, after trying on nearly ever style but what we wanted, we pushed ourselves into making a decision. We went to check-out alone. We waited and waited and waited. There was no one else at check-out, no line, but still we waited. At some point, we decided we didnt like the dress, we didnt want the dress and we didnt want to think how their fitting service would go since just paying for it had been so awful. We laid the dress down at the counter and walked out. It is raining. My daughter is crying and Im searching google as she gets on I-4 headed home to Ocala. Thankfully, I stumbled onto Dalis Bridal Boutiques website. I told my daughter it was right off 200 in the Burlington Coat Factory Shopping plaza. Somehow I talked her into stopping. It looked lovely, wide open and smelled wonderful. Your eyes werent getting poked by hangers as you look over the beautiful, real French lace styles. We were quickly deciding that these dresses must be way too expensive. We were wrong. How they can be so closely priced to the first places and so completely different in quality is amazing. Two angels, Dalis and Belinda began helping us immediately, asking questions, trying to decide what my daughter was hoping for in terms of style and material. They took her to the dressing room and brought her several dresses that fit her ideals. Do recall, that my daughters nerves were stretched to the limit and she had been in tears. But the lovely shop and great help soon soothed her nerves. And the second dress they brought her, was the one! They clipped the dress to show her how the custom fit would look on her and assured her they had a fabulous seamstress that had done gown fittings for over forty years. Oh the dress, it was elegantly made of fine materials and covered in French lace. But these women make a wonderful knowledgeable team, that knew every product in the shop and every item available to them. We celebrated with sparkling water and chocolate. Today we had our fitting and it went as smoothly as the initial purchase. Zoraida, the seamstress, was adding final touches and making tiny adjustments. She is a wonderful woman with a real God given gift. Her fingers are as nimble with thread and needle as without. My daughter works nights and Zoraida made her appointments as late as possible without blinking an eye. We come in one week before the event for the last fitting. Its going to be amazing. This is a process, dont do it with people that cant be trusted or bothered to help you even when you have made an appointment in advance. Can you imagine the problems you will have getting through this process without lovely accommodating help? You need people that will bend over backwards for you. Good people that will support you and have immediate, good answers for your questions. People that want to sell you a product worth your money and a dress that will be admired by your grandchildren.

Im an out-of-town bride visiting my family for the holidays. My mom set up a few appointments in surrounding areas for dress shopping and Dalis Bridal Boutique was our first stop. The boutique itself is adorable with a great selection of absolutely gorgeous gowns. Belinda and Dalis were both there for my appointment and some of the most helpful, knowledgable, and sweet people ive ever encountered. They began by asking me about my vision and were able to pull about 9 stunning gowns that fit perfectly into my budget and were just what I had envisioned myself in. I spent the rest of the weekend trying on dresses at other boutiques, but I couldnt stop thinking about this particular dress I had fallen in love with at Dalis Bridal Boutique. No other place we went measured up to the experience we had here. We were made to feel so special during our appointment and the staff is so personable. I made the decision to go back yesterday to purchase my dream dress and couldnt be happier! We celebrated there with sparkling grape juice and chocolates and I was on cloud nine the whole time. My dress needed significant alterations and everything is being taken care of by their wonderful seamstress. I am so excited and know that the dress I chose will help make my big day that much more magical. I would recommended this boutique to every single girlfriend I have, and thanks to the staff at Dalis Bridal Boutique, I will remember the special experience that I got to share with my mom and sisters forever.

The team at Dalis Bridal is absolutely fantastic. As an out-of-country bride (at the time of dress shopping), they not only fit me into their schedule in my small window of opportunity, but they provided me unbiased, unemotional, professional advice at a time when my family and friends could not. They truly stepped in as a stand-in bridal entourage. As a team, we determined what dress shape/style fit my body best…they were so patient as I mentally uncovered what it was that I was really looking for in my “It” dress; they help me paint/uncover my “vision”. Because they did not have my actual, “it” dress in the store/on the rack, they sat down with me to flip through their vendors’ catalogs, ordered the dress and shipped it to me. It even arrived earlier than scheduled! Dali kept in touch with me throughout the ordering process by providing me shipping updates, looking up local tailors in my area, and tracking shipment status of the dress while enroute. Dalis’ Bridal turned what seemed like an impossible task, given the situation/timing, into a definite WIN. I had my first fitting today and could not be more excited about my dress decision and for our Wedding Day to come. Thank you so much Dalis’ Bridal. I could not have done it without you.

When I first started my wedding dress search in September I had no idea where to start! I knew I wanted a Maggie dress from looking online, and it just so happened they carry Maggie at Dalis! I called and spoke to Belinda who was so wonderful and so helpful! We set up an appointment and myself and 9 other women showed up for my appointment and were greeted by Belinda and Dalis! I tried on 6 dresses and can you believe all 10 of us agreed on the same dress! I said yes to the dress at the first spot I went searching! We ordered my dress the day I said yes! One week later I found out I was pregnant! I called and without hesitation Dalis assured me she could order my dress a size larger (baby was due 7 weeks before the wedding)! When I went for my first fitting Chloe was so helpful and nice and gosh she really knows what she is doing when it comes to altering wedding dresses! I went back for my second and final fitting and my dress was still a smidge long. Chloe took my dress to the back and shortened it, and within 20 minutes my dress was perfect! I am so please with my dress and the wonderful customer service we received from Dalis, Belinda, and Chloe!
