Its a very cute shop with great prices and a good selection of dresses. The Taylor they sent me to was Carmens in Brandon owned by a very sweet lady but super busy and honestly didnt do at all what I had needed done. I ended up going back several times because Id leave with her saying yeah it looks great but then Id get home and try my dress on again and realized it wasnt at all what I had paid 300$ for on top of the cost of the dress. So I would find another place to get your alterations done. The customer service is decent I have to say the owner and another sales associate both almost bad me in tears at one point of my buying experience. No bride to be should be made to feel like she is a hassle and that is exactly what they did. Then when I went back to get my dress cleaned and steamed it was like I was a total stranger. I understand they are probably busy, I myself help 50-100 people a day I may not know a repeat guest by name but I recognized they had been there before. Not to mention two days later when I stopped in to pick up my dress she still asked what she could help me with. I just found it completely rude or maybe she just isnt as personable as most in customer service are.

I walked in without an appointment and was served just as if I had one. I went in with a smaller budget due to an outdoor wedding but was not treated indifferently unlike some other places. The lady (I apologize I cant remember her name) helped go through a magazine and give me ideas of whats in my budget. She helped show me a section of dresses that were on sale and I found one I absolutely loved. I found out the dress was mismarked but she knew how much I loved the dress and honored it anyway. I got the dress of my dreams !!! I would recommend making an appointment because the store was quite busy even on a weekday in the morning. The lady had to step away to greet anyone who entered the store but I didnt mind since I had no appointment and she was by herself. Plus she always returned quickly to cater to me.

I loved this shop! Valerie helped me try on several dresses and she was so patient with me even when I was being a pain. She explained where she got her dresses and what I could expect from them. She clearly has been in this business for a while and it is obvious that loves what she does. This store has a great selection of bridal gowns in all styles, price ranges, and sizes. I was really surprised at the number of options she had for me. While I did not end up buying my dress there (although I did put one on hold and it was a very close runner up - and I still think about it and look at the pictures of it sometimes - it was beautiful), I recommend that anyone looking for a wedding dress goes and checks out The Cinderella Shoppe. I will definitely be back to look at bridesmaid dresses soon!

After reading some reviews back in February I was a little skeptical about going here... I ended up gong in looking around and the owner was very helpful and friendly... I ended up making an appointment for dress fittings and let me tell you this lady was amazing!!!!!! Internet went down and we couldnt pull up any of the choices I liked. The bathrooms were down because a pipe near by had broke.. Then there was a boat load of teenagers coming in to get homecoming dresses.. We ended up starting from scratch and I found the perfect dress for me and my bridesmaids... If you dont want to spend a arm and a leg for a dress I would totally recommend this shop!!!!!! They are AWSOME!!!!!! Thank you Cinderella shop!!! I cant wait for my special day!!!

I just walked in today and Im beyond thrilled with the help I received in finding the perfect wedding dress! I didnt have an appointment and was ecstatic that they were able to fit me in. Im on a very tight budget and I felt like they truly listened to me. Lisa was wonderful at helping me try on different gowns. She was so patient. And everyone in the shop helped me in picking out my dress. Thank you so much! My wedding is only four months away and I dont have to worry about my dress. Ive found the perfect man and The Cinderella Shoppe helped me find the perfect dress to wear when I marry him.

Excellent dresses, excellent staff, excellent prices! I greatly enjoyed my experience at the Cinderella Shoppe. After sharing my (rather limited) budget with Ann Marie, she helped me find beautiful options that I could afford. I had an idea of what type of wedding dress I wanted, but ended up going with something a little different (definitely in a good way!) Due to Ann Maries encouragement to experiment a little, I found the PERFECT dress. Oh, and did I mention that with discounts, it was only half the original price? I would encourage any bride to visit this adorable little boutique.

I had a great experience working with Valerie and Rachel. The shop is small and cute and felt very comfortable and cozy to me. Both ladies worked with me to try on at least a dozen gowns until we found my perfect wedding dress! They made me feel like a beautiful bride even though this is my second wedding and I had no idea what I wanted! Im extremely happy with my dress and the expert opinions they offered me in making my decision. Cant wait to walk down the aisle in my gorgeous designer gown from The Cinderella Shoppe!

Loved it! Such a warm, friendly atmosphere! The Woman working made me feel so beautiful with every dress I tried on and gave a very honest opinion on everyone. She also put all the accessories on to match my wedding colors! I found my dress for 118! She has many beautiful dresses, for any kind of formal occasion! and reasonable pricing. I highly suggest this place to everyone! They also rent tuxes :)

I absolutely love this place and i cant even say how happy i am that I bought my wedding dress here.! As soon as I walked in I felt this positive vibe. Amazing customer service. It wasnt crowded so you can actually take your time to try on the dressses. I loved that they had a variety of beautiful dresses and excellent prices. I do recommend everybody to visit this store.

The ride and I have been to many shops and had never been treated so kindly. Our schedules are crazy and we walked in at opening on a Monday without an appointment. We were treated amazing , found the perfect dresses and they prices are very competitive. I highly suggest going to see them. Weddings are stressful and they made it so much fun ❤
