Ive been going to this mall for over 20 years and its really gotten pretty bad.Id like to see to the mall brought up, but Ive lost hope for it as Ive seen no sign of improvement at all. Im shocked at the good reviews here. You really only shop here if you have to do so. I shop here because most of the time Im not willing to drive the distance to go to a better mall, or willing to deal with the heat of an outdoor outlet type mall. Theres not a lot of competition for shopping locally. The mall is like a ghost town and full of empty spaces. Most of the food court venders have long gone. The Sbarra Pizza isnt even there any longer. What mall doesnt have mall pizza? No frozen yogurt any longer either. Its not very large. Its not very clean. The parking lot is in really bad shape full of deep pot holes and cracks. It also floods in heavy rain. Its a very high crime area and they dont do much for security. I commonly read in the paper where people are mugged coming out of the stores at night. Im not skittish, but I get really paranoid after dark here and rarely am willing to go there after dark. I highly recommend staying away if youre vacationing in the area. I hate to say that because, again, Id like to see the place brought up since itd be nice not to have to drive 40 minutes to an hour for a decent shopping mall, or deal with the heat of an outdoor mall.

Ive lived here for 6 years and this mall has went down hill drastically. Its bad enough its on the bad side of town, but it just automatically looks unfitting. It doesnt look as inviting as it did. When you get there the parking lot is pretty much worn down with cracks and pot holes, they have trash cans outside of the "food court," if they can even call it that anymore, and it stinks. You walk in and all of the food court is empty except for 2 Mexican chains and one sushi place in the middle. You only see maybe 2-3 people actually sitting down and eating. You automatically see all the vacant stores. Yes, they have Sears and JC Penney, but that doesnt do justice whenever it is a MALL. They did some changes right after it sold, but it really didnt benefit anything. I was there a week ago on a Friday, they had 6 cars in the parking lot and not that many people were walking around. The sad part is I think there were more employees than customers. I only go there if its for a quick stop or I need something important. Its just so sad how everything is. If they couldnt keep up with it, shouldnt have bought it.

I kept hearing and reading about how unsafe it is but I went there several times recently. It is clean, with a fair amount of people who were not threatening in any way. I was pleasantly surprised. The food court needs more choices. but there are interesting local merchants, which is a plus, as well as there still being a lot of the stores youd see in any mall. There are empty stores, yes, but not near as many as I thought, after hearing the stories. When people tell me now how unsafe it is, I ask when was the last time they weren actually there. The answer is always years, or even decades. Check, the police reports. There have been no major crimes there for many years. Before the comments start. I do not have any interest in the mall, financially or emotionally. I just dont like to see any business take a hit based on outdated, incorrect information. Be Blessed.

This mall leads by example that its a clean, sleek, top of the line mall, there are so many stores that sometimes I have to make two trips because I get so tired. The restaurants are gourmet and you get a wide selection of fresh, hot, steamy food. Make sure you go during the week because on the weekend it is wall to wall packed, and it can be a hassle to get around, wouldnt go to any other mall!... Now thats what I would say if there wasnt more roaches than workers at this mall. The last year this mall was SOMEWHAT bearable to go to was 2007, and even then they was selling ratchet clothes. Lets say this, the best move for them would be to open a store targeted at roaches, they seem to have more of those than customers now of days.

Doesnt have may of the usual stores youd see in a mall, BUT the dollar theater is fantastic and they do have a few good stores in there its a good place for jewelry shopping or to just take the kids for the day and let them ride the little rides, there is also a great gaming place to drop off the kids(over 13) and you can enjoy your shopping as they enjoy the games. over all, that mall is a family friendly place and I would recommend it as a reasonably priced thing to do for the day with the kids, do some shopping, have lunch, and catch an afternoon movie for a dollar. cant beat it.

This place is definitely turning itself around. After a rough patch it is now re-establishing itself with a new identity. The mall is being filled with more local businesses. People from the Bradenton community striving for the American dream. The new security staff is very visible in their bright yellow uniforms and are doing a great job. The mall is cleaned up, the movie theater is back plus, 5 new local tenants will be joining the mall in the next few months. We should all support our neighbors and shop at our local community mall. This is your community be proud of it!

DREADFUL run down half empty mall. All the decent stores left. PARENTS: I would never allow my teenage child to visit there alone. Too many "shady" people hanging around during the day. I would never set foot in there at night. The restrooms are filthy. I went there for a pedicure and had to dodge pushy people running kiosks trying to sell products until I reached the nail salon. I am sorry but simply put, not a very nice place. It is a shame because it used to be. Now it is frequented by individuals with a Gang mentality. Not a safe place for children or seniors.

This mall is sort of scary to visit. Its almost vacant. Its parking lot is almost completely empty and it took me a while to realize it was even open, when driving by. Only around half The mall is lighted and its rather dark inside. The food court has around 3/12 restaurants operating and besides a few major department stores, many of the shops seemed to be small, local, ethnic places. There seemed to only be a few dozen people inside. Many of them appeared to be sort of shady, but maybe not. This isnt really a great place to visit.

Such an amazing mall! Hands down the most quality, cleansiest, and friendliest mall that Ive ever been to!! 10/10 recommend this to out of town folk and local residents as well! Ive been going to this mall since I was a kid and the stores and restaurants have increased in quality and popularity. Of all the GREAT things I can say about this mall Im going to leave it short... DONT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS MALL! HIDE YOUR KIDS, HIDE YOUR WIVES, AND HIDE YOUR HUSBANDS CAUSE IT AINT SAFE OUT THERE!
