My son was injured at the Indian Mound Mall Theater because of broken seating. I personally believe that the mall should be involved as well it is unacceptable. They have a lot of seats that are broken in their theater. For an adult individual whos feet are on the ground, it does not pose much of a threat (its just uncomfortable). Unfortunately, this theater that we were in does show animated kids movies and for a child whos feet cannot be planted on the floor who is sitting in one of the theaters booster seats these broken chairs COULD without a doubt in my mind be deadly. I am very blessed that my son Flint only suffered a concussion and a swollen face for about a week after the incident. I am very grateful for this. My issue is however, that the movie theater is taking no responsibility at all for their broken seats and to my knowledge they have NOT fixed the seats in this theater. After the incident happened a lot of my friends came forward and said that they had noticed broken seats also. That was Flints first trip to the movies so it was our first experience. The point is the fact that the front of these seats plummet to the floor if you lean forward is VERY VERY dangerous for a child who is in a booster seat on them who isnt tall enough to touch the ground. In the row that we were in there is a wooden divider that if you were thrown forward into you would hit. My son caught the edge of it right at the bridge of his nose. His face swelled so badly that he was not able to breath out of his nose for a week. It was a month before he started breathing what I would consider normally again. It doesnt matter that my son wasnt killed or permanently maimed to understand that functional and safe seats in a movie theater are in fact the movie theaters responsibility. Them denying our claim taking no responsibility at all and not replacing or having these seats fixed is a very clear indication that they do not care about the safety of the families whos patronage they accept. I am very upset about this news and I think that it is unacceptable and any families in the future whos children are hurt because of the gross negligence after being very much aware of the problem are going to find it unacceptable as well. I hope that others will make a stand and freely voice their disgust about seating situation at Indian Mound Mall and I hope that it is fixed before any other children are hurt.

Glad to have a mall here in Heath! :-) Lots of space in the mall and ample parking...the theatres are nice and cool. :-) There is a great smaller/younger kids playground in the center of the food court. Nicer kids are there during the daytime mid-week hours because parents are paying attention. Ive noticed on the weekend exhausted parents many who dont pay attention bring their kids resulting in negative behavior from kids while parents text/talk on phones. Seriously happy to have an indoor playground option during bad weather!!

I only went to the mall for the movie theater. The theater wasnt as bad as the scores suggest. It was $7.25 for a Saturday matinee ticket. $5.25 for a small popcorn. $4.25 for a small drink, no refills on the small. The large ($5.25) gets free refills. The floors didnt stick though. The picture/sound seemed ok, but Im no expert. I just felt it was overpriced for what youre getting.

Okay for people with open carry or concealed. Even with a pocket knife unless you leave your items at home or in your car dont come here. The conditions are not posted on the outside of the building. They are inside the building aways. So by time you get to that sign you already broke their rules. Heres a photo of the rules. How this helps.

I have lived in This town all my life and this mall has gone down hill. There are several stores that have gone out of business and the food court only has 2 options now. I did give this 3 stars though because they have greatly improved the movie theater and have added Masseys pizza. But as for shopping, you are very limited.

This mall was nearly empty a few yrs ago, another group bought it. They are really putting some work into making this a fu. Place to hang out. We went the other day and saw several new stores, groups of young teens walking around having fun. There are still empty stores and they are still working on additions. Great progress.

Simply put its a mall nothing more nothing less, more stores seem to leaving rather than coming. Only 2-3 food stores available to get eats, and not much else other that jewelry stores and Victoria secrets, but heard they were getting a Big Sandy outlet store so that may help.

It used to be so alive. Stores everywhere. But now there r only a handful of stores and from what I have heard its because the pricing for rent is not done by how much space u rent but by how much the store makes. Sounds odd to me. Just not my go to spot anymore

There are a couple of new stores but there are a lot of vacant stores too. We hadnt been there for some time and discovered that the jewelry store next to Victorias Secret is gone. My wife didnt see any food places in the common court area.

Yes I do go here at times. There is a fantastic antique shop next to Dicks Sporting Goods with everything and anything you can imagine very reasonable priced great service people very helpful I will continue to go there

Theres nothing to eat there anymore except for two places, it went downhill as soon as they started to get rid of places. Food court sucks, and there are maybe 4 stores that I would bother visiting.

Nice place to shop for nice girl cloths and hair accessories its a child friendly place to go for your kids and has a play ground for kids built in the mall just a nice and desent mall to go. !!!

Many store fronts are empty. Still a few decent stores to shop but not may. Food court is like a ghost town. Only 2 places to eat. Average to below average shopping mall overall

It used to be a great place however it has fewer places to shop these days and the owner has raised the stores rates so high that the prices have gotten pretty steep these days.

I absolutely love this mall. Not too big not too small. The only negative thing really is the waterless urinals in the mens restroom makes it smell so bad. Almost unbearable.

No stores here and they kicked out the ice cream place in the food court just because the owner was offered more money for rent to make more money a bad place dont shop here

The Bath and Body Works and Victoria Secrets has the worst service I have ever seen. As for the rest of the stores rude staff and roll their eyes if ask for help....AWEFUL!

This mall has gone downhill significantly in recent years, they used to have a real restaurant but it is no longer there, it also seems like there are a lot of vacancies.

Its never crowded but not many stores left. You can usually get a bargain. They have just added Masseys pizza. Fye is going out of business and is really cheap right now.
