But the guy named Anthony was not very helpful when came to pick up the furniture. I heard him as he was going back into the store say if I get hurt doing that then I will have to go home as he was walking with another young lady who was very helpful even when she got off the clock and seen what was happening we had no help loading the furniture and she jumped right in with no problem and apologize for him not helping me and my husband. She got off at 9pm Friday night I wished I remember her name she was so kind and nice need more people like her and kenezay I hope I spelled her name right she was fantastic.

Was good nice and clean seems like some of the employees really didnt have time talk to you or ask if they can help you was what you were looking for only reason I gave this Big Lots for stars if I believe her name was Sue Horton I think it was was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond out of her way to find what I was looking for and ask me how my day was

Meh.... not really my kind of place but I see its value... was a bit disheveled inside and no real rhyme or reason to how stuff was arranged. If it were for some super friendly associates back in the furniture area, this place would only get one star.

Big Lots Apopka has emphasis on superb customer service. Store is maintained and kept clean. Lower prices, clearance prices, and sometimes steals for prices.
