This is the absolute worst company I have ever delt with in my life. My mother tried to surprise me with flowers after I had surgery. She ordered a dish garden on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. My mother received a email stating it will be delivered by 6pm. It was delivered at 9pm!! AND it was not what she ordered what so ever. We ended up going with a different company through a third party youflowers.com. The owner called me three days later asking me if it was delivered. Why are you asking me that? Shouldnt you know? Then asked why she didnt get paid. As I explained it was not what my mom ordered she decided to argue with me then demanded she needs to come pick up the plant. She never showed up. Then 2 weeks later. Yes 2 weeks later she calls AGAIN and says shes coming to pick up the plant. How unprofessional is that. Not only did you completely inconvenience me by delivering the wrong item at 9 at night but then bother me twice about taking back the item you couldnt get right! The most unprofessional, awful company I have ever delt with. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!

I ordered flowers for my mom and she told me that those flower were the most beautiful flowers she ever received. My mom was so impressed she wanted to order the same flowers for herself. The life on the flowers lasted a long time. My ordering experience was excellent. Friendly and easy going staff very understanding to my needs. My order was delivered on time. I would highly recommend Flowers and gifts of Altamonte to all my family, friends and colleagues.

I had an early morning service 730am at Baldwin Fair Child all other florist delivered after my service was over, if it wasnt for Flowers and gifts of Altamonte there wouldnt have been any Flowers at my service and this was the only company that was reliable. In my time of destress Flowers and Gifts of Altamonte was there and is highly recommended. I really appreciate them being there in my time of need

First time ordering from this venue. I have to say the nice lady that took my order was very helpful over the phone. Read everything back to me to make 100% sure the information was correct and the information that the person receiving the flowers was sent correctly too. Like the same day service they provide. Definitely be ordering again form then on other occasions. Thank you again and she loved it
