I have had disappointing service from larger flower delivery services (1-800 Flowers in particular), so I decided to go with someone local for Mothers Day, per recommendation from my dad. He forwarded me a discount code, which ended up not being applicable toward the arrangement I chose. But I went ahead with my choice, because it looked absolutely beautiful online - huge pink and yellow roses, gorgeous stargazer lilies...I mean hey, my moms the best, right? And she only deserves the best, right? That was my justification for upgrading from the "good" to the "best" option, making my total with delivery cost over $100. Of course upon delivery, my parents assured me that it was a lovely arrangement, thanked me thoroughly for my thoughtfulness. I asked for pictures and I was horrified. The arrangement looked nothing even like the "good" option, let alone justified the upgraded price tag. Only one stargazer was open, the pink roses were a dull, faded color, and the arrangement in general seemed very sparse in comparison to the one I saw online. I gave it a couple days to bloom to make a final judgement on the experience. When I got home on Mothers Day, my disappointment only grew. The close up photos that my parents sent did not properly convey how TINY this arrangement was. The stargazers still had not opened up, and I saw one that was all green and looked like it never would. The filler greens were wilted or dying, as were the smaller roses. The pink roses were even more dull in person. The only saving grace was the one giant stargazer lily that had bloomed, and the vivacious color of the yellow roses. However, absolutely not worth the money I spent. So disappointed with this experience. After reading some of the other reviews on here, I feel like my experience was out of the ordinary. Still not sure that Ill be ordering from In Bloom again.

Wow! I am speechless... I am currently living in the Washington DC area and my best friends birthday was coming up. I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful bouquet of flowers but didnt want something that came out of a box. I thought of ordering from a local florist and found In Bloom Florist. Their website is pretty and easy to navigate through. I found the flowers I wanted to have delivered to her and ordered them. Paying was easy and I immediately received a confirmation email confirming my order. My best friend received the flowers yesterday and she was so happy!! She sent me a picture and they look even more beautiful than they did on the website!! She said they were so gorgeous people from her office were coming by her desk because the flowers were so fragrant and beautiful that they wanted to take a closer look and get a better smell. She was so grateful and said how beautiful the arrangement was and how big the flowers were. I am so thankful to In Bloom Florist for such an amazing job, they delivered on time, and the arrangement was oh so gorgeous!! From now on, I will never use 1-800 flowers again, but use In Bloom Florist to send flowers to my friends and family back home. And the prices were just great, it is definitely worth the money, but I didnt feel like I was overcharged and under delivered, if anything, I got so much more for what I paid!! Highly recommend this florist in the Orlando area.

I absolutely love this florist! I had been looking for a very specific type of flower for a funeral because of the story behind it. I couldnt find this flower anywhere in the state because the flower typically isnt in bloom until later and companies just wanted to sell it as bare root. I was kind of losing hope and then In Bloom Florist showed up on my search. I gave them a call even though this flower was for a funeral and not a wedding and I have to say how thankful I am to the owner, John, for helping me. He is a genuine person and really wanted to help me with this particular flower. He found someone that had the flower, disclosed how much I was looking at paying, and then had the flowers sent overnight. They were ready the next morning and I was given instructions on how to take care of these flowers and was able to go to the viewing, which I thought I wasnt going to be able to make. Awesome owner, awesome florists. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone whos looking for flowers for any occasion because this company goes above and beyond to get you what youre looking for.

Spectacular Service. I am in customer service, so my standards can sometimes be higher than others. In Bloom Florist went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to use their service whenever sending flowers. Sally was wonderful about contacting me with any questions she had about the order. Although the occasion to send flowers was not the greatest, Im thankful for the care and professionalism of In Bloom Florist. Thank you Sally, Afton, and Margaret for such care! Update: 2/5/2016 - I had the need for flowers to be delivered to a viewing for a friends father. The viewing was the same day I placed the order and it was out of state. I wasnt sure I could place an order with them for a different area. Sally let me know that I could. She emailed me about an hour later with her condolences for my friend and told me shed take care of it. I heard from my friends husband a few hours later and they said the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. They really go above and beyond and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. Thank you, once again, for such fantastic service!

The reviews brought me to in bloom florist, but I was beyond disappointed. Before I posted this negative review, I tried to reach out to a manager, they responded by offering to refund me %30 of what I paid. I told them no and settled for %50 unwillingly. For what I received I was beyond dissatisfied, being that I paid $122. I felt like the only thing they did right was deliever the flowers on time. It was a surprise for my mother on Valentines Day, and I wanted to make it special, and for the price tag I more than figured what she was going to receive was something beautiful. But instead it looked like it was put together last minute, with no effort whats so ever. I never received an email response back from the manager. I placed my order with Krystin M Gill and it was "designed" by Jacqueline Lascak and the person I was in contact with about the situation was Jennifer.

I received excellent customer service from this florist. I live out of state and found them online and ordered flowers for my daughter who is currently living in Orlando. She lives in a gated complex and it was difficult for the flowers to be delivered to her. But everyone we came in contact with from the person who took the order (cant remember her name, but she was very polite and helpful), Kristen (whom I followed up with after the order was placed) and even the delivery person (who my daughter said was very nice and courteous when the flowers were delivered) gave us exceptional customer service. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and truly appreciate how we were treated by this florist. We will definitely use them again! And the flowers were gorgeous!! You helped make my daughters birthday special. Thank you so much!
