My parents 72nd anniversary was on Presidents Day. Most florists were closed in Sebring. Florist supplies of flowers were bleak, given that Valentines day only a few days before had drained inventories. And we live several miles away. It was 9:00 AM. So we had a dilemma. I was able to phone Ladonna Rodriquez the owner of Hobby Hill Florist who happened to be making deliveries. She indicated that her shop was closed for the day, and her supplies were low, but she would work with us to put something together (in the $60 range). By 12:30 PM, my parents were delivered a wonderful bouquet dominated by yellow roses. My mom was thrilled, claiming it was one of the most beautiful bouquets she had ever seen. To top it off, Ladonna also shot a short video of the flowers and my moms reaction upon receiving them. The video is a great idea! We were able to see the delivery. I have seen recent news stories about wonderful looking pictures of flowers offered by florists which dont match the pictures upon delivery. So... a customer is at the mercy of the florists honesty, especially complicated when the customer may never have a chance to see the bouquet. In our case, the quality of the product surpassed our expectation and met our cost parameters. The customer service provided by Ladonna was great! There is no question about it..... anyone needing dependable florist service in the Sebring, Florida area certainly needs to call Hobby Hill Florist.

I ordered flowers twelve days in advance from an Internet Firm to be delivered for my wifes burial and graveside service. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. the funeral director called Hobby Hill, and they supplied a bouquet for the service. HOBBY HILLS HELP EASED THE PAIN OF THE SORROW AND GRIEF I WAS HAVING BECAUSE I WAS TO BURY MY WIFE WITHOUT FLOWERS. AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT I am erternally grateful to Hobby Hill for their coming to the rescue when the FTD firm and the other Florist dropped the ball. Working with Ladonna was stress free and fun! I got married during the Spring of 2014 and I wanted a tropical wedding. Ladonna listened to all of my ideas and details. She created a colorful, tropical paradise with her BEAUTIFUL flowers. Her flowers made for great pictures! It was a joy to work with her. Before the wedding, I met with her once at Hobby Hill Florist, Inc. My mother met and kept in contact with her more often. Ladonna was a wonderful communicator with both of us. Again, stress free! Fantastic service! I ordered online one evening to send something beautiful to my mom who had been hospitalized. Next morning a very pleasant call came in with a question regarding my order. They kindly took a photo of my mom receiving her arrangement as I live 900 miles away and posted it on their FB page so I could see what I paid for. It was over and above anything I expected, A dish garden, lush and gorgeous! Fresh flowers arranged all in and through it and a large Mylar Get Well balloon topped it off. It was Stunning! I dont live in Florida but my mother-in-law does. I ordered flowers for her for Mothers Day and hoped for the best. You never know what you will get when you order flowers over the telephone! My mother-in-law called when the flowers were delivered and I could tell from the excitement in her voice that the flowers were beautiful. Best money I have ever spent! The quality and service I received was beyond tremendous. You would not believe the size of the Poinsettia my Mother got for what I spent. I have never been so satisfied ordering from a florist. It is incredible how perfect this was. Super reasonable prices and very friendly people. I couldnt ask for anything more. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They will accept your order and then wait until the last minute to call and tell you they are cancelling because they cannot fulfill their commitments. Hugely disappointed!!!! Follow up... I received a phone call today from Hobby Hill to explain why they should not be held responsible. The lady I spoke with clearly did not want to feel guilty and in no way accepts any fault for not safeguarding our order. NOT AT ALL CARING OR COMPASSIONATE PERSON.

Hobby hill florist gave great service for my wedding. I had never planned a big event before and the store owner, Ladona, helped me out so much!! The bouquet she made for my wedding day was beautiful, I had so many compliments on it! The center piece floral arrangements stayed fresh and beautiful for days to follow the wedding! I called this florist because of the reviews on Google. WOW!!! The lady who answered the phone was super nice (she was the owner). I told her of a floral arrangement I saw online, and she said she could make it. When my mom received the flowers, they were better than the photo online.
