Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Clothes Mentor. I was very excited when this store opened, having shopped often at one in Lexington, KY. I brought many items to the store and was very disappointed that they accepted very few of them. When I inquired as to why most of the items were rejected, I was told that they were only accepting summer things. Well, my question is this: when did linen become not summer? Also, many of the things brought in were bought in the summer, here in Florida, so I know that they were summer items. Having looked around in the store to determine what things were stocked, I have to say that the items I brought in were of far better quality than what was on display (i.e. Talbots, Chicos, Loft, Ann Taylor etc). And the clothes that were offered for resale were in excellent condition, some still having tags. I really dont get it. I do know that I will refrain from shopping and/or bringing items in for resale at this local Clothes Mentor. Bad experience.

I absolutely love this store! I would never pay an absolutely ridiculous price for something name brand again! I used to be an avid Micheal Kors shopper until I found out about Clothes Mentor, they have the lowest price authenticated designer items out there. The service is amazing, you walk in to the store to be immediately welcomed in, the employees will go out of their way to help you find anything you need or that perfect necklace to put your date night outfit together. I definitely recommend you go check out what they have. The inventory is always changing, but if you find something be quick because things come and go in a blink of an eye!
