Just spoke with Asst Ma nager Brian and they do not stand by the merchandise they sell!! I purchased a Vince Camuto bag from the Gahanna Ohio store...I carried this bag 2x and the bag has blue dye on it from my jeans...All i wanted to do was exchange the bag...For the price i feel that the quality of leather should be much better...Brian told me my issue was with the jeans and not the over priced poor quality bag...He was very rude and even tho i didnt purchase the bag from the strip i still feel like a nationwide chain of stores should stand by what they sell...And he should have happily exchanged the bag!!

The shoe area was a mess, its small and has a few good items. Not bad for an emergency outfit run & the people are always friendly
