My fiance was shopping at the Arkansas store on Dave Ward. She was with our son who was sick. After using self check out, she forgot she had toilet paper under the cart. She made it past the last register when she was stopped by Walmart security. He made her walk through the store, with our son, in front of other customers and employees, accusing her of being a thief. He accused her of stealing several items including meat and the toilet paper. Once in the back he told her that he worked for the Conway Police Department and took her id to "run" her information. They then rang up everything in the cart to match it against the reciept. He then accused her of stealing meat, and people like her are taking money out of his and Walmarts pockets. After ringing everything up, they realized that he was wrong about everything. The only thing missing was the toilet paper that was left under the cart. She offered to pay for it, but he told her she could not purchase it. The entire time the store manager was present, making rude comments. Im in law enforcement and heard the story and told her to contact the Conway PD and ask about the behavior of the officer. Thats when we found out that your security guy who tells people that he works for the Police Department, was lieing and is not a cop. Your employee threatened to lock my fiance up in front of our son. Your employee who lied about her stealing meat and lied about being a cop. We contacted corporate office about it and were told that he was wrong and were apologized to. Then two weeks later we received a certified letter from Walmarts attorney stating she had to pay a 200 dollar fine. We contacted corporate again and were told the same thing. He was wrong and they are sorry, but we had to pay the 200. According to the attorney, if the fine was not paid, they would file for a warrant for her arrest. After getting the run a round from Walmart, we finally were able to talk to the regional manager who told us that the security guard no longer works there, they were sorry for everything that happened, but we still had to pay the 200. We were told that it wasnt that bad, the fine is normally 500. Unfortunately we paid the 200, just to make sure my fiance would not be harassed. My fiance is innocent and was fined for doing nothing, but choosing Walmart to shop at. Never again will anybody in our family, friends, or co-workers shop at Walmart. You stole 200 dollars from us. I hope it was worth all of the business you lost. Also, who did your employee give all of my fiances information to? Do we now have to worry about her identity being stolen because of what an employee of Walmart did?

Hello Wal-Mart Corporate, I am taking the time out of my busy day to let you know about my horrendous experience. So lets start off with the fact that I was going to pick up merchandise on 2014 DEC 18, I waited in line on black Friday for a 50 inch flat screen, LED TV but I was unable to get it that same night, instead I was issued a voucher to pay and later pick up my merchandise. After waiting in the customer service line to have a customer tell me to go into the gardening department I later on discovered through another customer that on our receipt noted that at the time of picking up merchandise we were to receive a gift card. The big debate between the customers in line and the managers were that on the receipt it said that we were supposed to receive a gift card but after the last person who left the register came off his shift another manager came around and said he was not honoring what the receipt said nor did he care that three other people in the same line already received their gift cards and left. Due to this debate we stood in line for over 2 hours waiting for a manager who could override the manager that we had decline our gift cards. Eventually, we did receive our 50 dollar gift cards but the amount of conflict had to go through to get what was printed on the receipt was unacceptable, the worse part was people in the same line were seen walking away with what we were promised. I feel if Wal-mart managers wanted to stop issuing gift cards that they should have waited for a new group that may have not seen cards being issued but to do it for three and tell the other people in the line who are purchasing the same or should I say picking up the same merchandise just does not make any since. For who ever is reading this review if you like to shop on black Friday at Wal-mart, DO NOT REQUEST TO PICKING UP MERCHANDISE, JUST HAVE THEM DELIVER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? Never again. This particular store is located off of route 198 in Laurel, MD, across from the Russett living community.

I visited Walmart at 99 H Street on July 1st, just to pick up a few things. There were barely any employees within the store, there were quite a few standing outside of the store. There were shopping carts in the lobby of the store which people had to walk around to get to the elevator or escalator. there was also a bucket in the lobby indicating that there was leaking from the ceiling. While shopping I noticed that there were restock sitting though out the store and a few stockers stocking. And when leaving an hour later or yes I am an loyal customers of Walmart. I noticed employees standing on the side of the building smoking. In June after shopping at this Walmart, when I got home, I discovered that one of my personal Bags was missing. I contacted the store immediately and was told my the Manger to bring my receipt marking the missing items and I could get the missing purchases. When I did come back to the store i was told that the manager was not there and an associate Manger would assist me. When an associate manager became available. When associate manager came, I told her what the manger said to me. she said she would still have to review the video to see if my bag was left at the register. When she returned she informed me that she reviewed the video and there was no bag left behind. On that day I spent over $300.00 and minus the $43.67 that is the total of my missing items I purchased. Does this mean that I have $43.67 invested in Walmart stock?

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the past 2 days. I have emailed just about every email on their site and even posted on Facebook to get someone to help me. Still no one has helped me.I have placed 2 orders on Black Friday with the 1 hour grantee because there was a sale on the beats by dre which you only had 16 pieces which is beyond me on why you would have a sale with low merchandise.Either way I have been trying to get in touch with someone to get order status because the dates or arrival have changed. This is unacceptable seeing on how these are Christmas presents and the orders were placed with enough time to receive by then. I spoke to a rep this morning who only told me she would transfer me over to another department. Mind you the number was transferred over to the same number I called originally. I dont understand how you were able to take my money with no problem, yet not provide any customer service from there. This is ridiculous. I expect a call today or email and get this resolved
