Great customer service.Last week I tried on a DKNY coat that I really loved and came back for it today but couldnt find it in the medium section. I have to say that Mrs. Helen one of the managers at the store was very helpful and patient even offered to get my no. If they come accross it. Eventually I found the coat in a differet section ( sometimes ppl do that ) and she gave me 10% off for looking so hard . Bottom line my experience could have been much different if it wasnt for her help and also the nice girl at the cashier. Thanks a bunch!

I was there 2 weeks ago ready to check.not enough staff,one of the floor Manager was very rude left the station even when she saw me in line. I ask for her name she covered her tag. She left a rep who needed help with exchange. They paged her couple of times. Another Teammate who was at lunch saw how desperate her teammate was, decided help out. the Managers name is Kim. Very unprofessional, no team spirit.

The staff are horrible incompetent and rude. They have mice droppings on the bottom shelves where they stock food. When told about it everybody basically said its not their job. So DONT BUY FOOD PRODUCTS FROM BURLINGTONS BOTTOM SHELVES OR AT ALL

The clothes are inexpensive but you have to hunt for your size since S,M,L amaretto suggestions not necessarily where the clothes are. There never seems to be enough staff when I am there as well.
