I shopped ar the prices Corner store today. i will only be returning to pick up my jewlery that was sent out to be cleaned and my husbands watch that broke. this store used to be my favorite location until my husband and I were stalked by security. I had to try the clothes on to see what size I wear now. I noticed people walking back And forth by the dressing room. and each location that I chose shorts from. it was so uncomfortable that I Jusy left the dressing room door open as I tried on bottoms under my chiffon dress that would have clearly shown If an item was under it. at the same time, my husband was sitting in the shoe department where I Bagan. Due to a recent car accident, he is unable to stand or walk for a time. He was blatantly observed to the point that he just started watching the so called security fidgeting because he couldnt go to dinner(lunch) on time. he didnt leave until I came back to the shoe department showed my husband my items and decided what to get. when we walked to another register, that one was crowed the so called security walked straight out of the door. how obvious. new tactics and better customer service should be used. the dummy security didnt even know that my Husband is LAW ENFORCEMENT and actually had his number first. before finding out about my husbands stalk session. I advised everyone, loud enough to be heard that I felt stalked and noticed everyone! in fact, I work in the vocational field and train people to do all sorts of jobs, especially, retail. morover, I worked there years ago. having to go to a third register in the mens department to get incorrect priced adjusted, Apparent managers came from every where. associates asking my husband if hes with me. wow the same associate that helped me in mens shoe department earlier! I feel like we were definitely profile as Black Americans. I think it would have helped the idiots to look at us from store entry. they would have seen us wit our warranties dropping off our jewlery. only a dumb criminal would call ms Linda by her first name and bring in with our names ans adresses! As A Matter Of Fact we both saw REAL CRIMINALS IN THE PARKING LOT GOING FROM STORE TO STORE MAKING THIERRY WAY TO PENNYS! a black male ans Caucasian woman! Goal for this year... pay off my PLAT IM PENNYS CREDIT CARD AND NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. no one even apologized! NOTE:the J.C Pennys at the mall is getting bad also. customer service horrible. I spent over an hr shoping only for them to put my items back.knowing they were in the counter. if that didnt happen.I wouldnt have experienced this horrible shopping experience! #DONE!

I went to JCPenney on Saturday August 30th to get new batteries for three of my watches. I had a coupon for a free battery since I had previously purchased 2. So in addition to using my free battery coupon I also wanted to purchase two additional batteries. I was told by the woman behind the counter "she wasnt strong enough to get the backs off my watches". She never even asked to see the watches. Then she said she didnt think they had the batteries I needed in stock. Again, she never looked at my watches so how would she know what she had in stock! She then proceeded to whisper to me that she can give me the name of a guy in the next shopping center who would only charge me $5 per battery. I asked her why I would want to pay $5 if I have a coupon to get it FREE?! Lousy customer service!!

Customer service in Sephora area was horrible. After standing at the register for 5 minutes with no one in sight I walked over to the lady applying makeup to a customer and asked her if there was someone working the register. With a loud exhale I was told that she had already walked away from the women she was applying the make up to like 5 times, and that I was just going to have to wait. Needless to say I walked out without buying the cosmetics I wanted. I didnt realize wanting to actually purchase something was bothering the employee. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She needs to be taught manners as well as customer service.

Absolutely terrible fitting rooms. Garbage all over the floor, clothes left in piles inside the fitting rooms and on the floor outside of them. Staff was not knowledgeable in the department they worked in and simply referred me to the store at the mall. I will take the advice and do my shopping there instead.

Terrible customer service. Staff constantly complaining about customers loud enough for the customers to hear. Not friendly or helpful. This store is not the classy store it used to be. I get more respect and better customer service from Walmart.
