This is addressed to Xoxo2012: You forgot to mention several things. Firstly, you did call to confirm that our piercer would be here... For a 6:30 appointment. But you showed up at 7:45... That is 15 minutes prior to closing, with a procedure that would take more than an hour (Including paperwork, set-up, aftercare, etc...) to complete. Secondly, our piercer was off that day (He was in the process of moving) but he actually came in on his day off, waited for nearly an hour for you, THEN left. When our piercer was contacted, he was willing to drive back again, but you were asked if you minded returning the following day: You agreed. The next morning at 12PM, the piercer called you back (Prepared to offer a discount for the inconvenience)... No answer, but we left a message. We regret that you had an unpleasant experience, but we feel we did everything possible to remedy the situation. In the future, please try to call us so we can rectify the situation before posting a negative review. Thank you -The Staff

Both Agaru tattoo locations are amazing. Great artists, competitive prices and absolutely zero drama. Tommy Rabid has been my tattoo artist for years and I wouldnt trade him for a golden left foot. When you are planning for a tattoo, just remember, you get what you pay for. Instead of jumping the gun and getting a tattoo from your starving artist friend in his dirty basement for $20.......just save up some money until you have enough to go to a real tattoo studio that is clean, professional and knows about blood born diseases. Your beautiful art and lack of HEP-C will thank you later. Otherwise you are stupid and will get what you deserve.

Went their for my first tattoo. I was so scared, that I was practically shaking. Called them up on the phone prior to coming in and they said to me "Dont worry, well take care of you." Very comforting to hear. Every other place I called were very snippy and rushed to get off the phone with me. I asked SO many questions and they calmly answered all of them. Tommy is amazing and very understanding. He really wants to give you the design that youll love! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. First timer, or not.

Started coming here about 8 months ago. Took me almost 10 years to get the 4 tattoos I had prior to visiting..8 months to get 4 more since. Tommy is my guy. You cant go wrong with this place. Ive been 100% satisfied with every piece Ive gotten here. As a side note: Ive seen how they deal with other customers in person and seen nothing but professionalism and happy customers leaving the shop...never gotten a piercing but I watched happy piercees leave the shop as well.

I am a 53 yr old professional with one tattoo from 1978. I did a lot of research before I decided to get my next tattoo. Last week (6-15-11) I had Tom (TJ) DeLany tattoo my scottish family crest on my arm. TJ did a fabulous job. His attention to detail far exceeded my expectations.He is an extremely talented tattoo artist and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I drove all the way from new jersey for this shop, visited 3 different shops. I showed up 20 mintues before closing and called ahead of time to get the ok, which I did. I get there sit for about 10 mintues and they tell me they cant do it because some tool left work early and didnt want to come back.

The absolute BEST! I got a cover-up done by Tommy Rabid and he did a FANTASTIC job! I loved my tattoo so much, I ended up having him extend it into an entire rib/side piece! The shop is extremely conscious of safety/cleanliness and the staff is exceptionally friendly!

I went here to get my first tattoo. The staff was so nice and supportive throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and calmed my nerves before getting my tattoo. TJ did a really great job, and gave me a great price. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

...got a piercing by Vikki.. everything in there was clean and sterile and very professional. If she does not think she can do a piercing for whatever reason she will let you know because safety is a factor for them as well. I will definitely be back.
