After being quoted outrageous prices by Hertrich Ford and other local garages, I found One Stop. They replaced my catalytic converter for over $1,500 less than Hertrichs... and guaranteed their work. They even showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained it in terms that I really understood without making me feel bad. Oh, plus they changed my oil for that price. THEN, they helped brainstorm solutions for me to fix other problems that I told them Ive been having with my car. These solutions will cost virtually nothing (or actually may cost nothing!) rather than wait for these problems to get worse and cost me thousands. FINALLY--Ive found an honest, caring repair shop. Id recommend them to anyone.

Finally found our go-to auto repair shop/person! Weve used Bobby & his shop off & on for a little over a year now and weve decided hes the only one well use from now on. Our most recent dealings with the dealership have opened our eyes as to how much we were being lied to & ripped off. Dealership said I needed front & rear brakes/pads, just resurfacing, and exchange of the brake fluid...to the tune of over $700! Called Bobby, got my car in quickly, he found that my rear brakes/pads were fine & did not need replaced at all, but my front needed a new rotor, not just resurfacing. And it was all done quickly and reasonably priced! You cant ask for a better shop in my opinion!

We use these guys for 95% of our automotive service needs. They messed up a Front end aliment ONE time, but otherwise they have been 100% perfect; and their customer service is super as well as the fact that they are always willing to work with you and keep you informed to help you stay within a budget!!!

These people are very good at the their job (shop work) but you have keep on Joe and Bob (follow up). If the call back issue(communication/follow up) is fixed then no other shop could do better. If you continue to call they (Joe) will speak with you but you have to be very persistent.

I have taken my car there a couple of times now. On both occasions I was treated so well that I have referred others. Not only was my car fixed in a timely fashion it was also cheaper than estimates i recieved from other shops. Great service and great rates. You cant beat it!
