Penns Groove store is a great place with great people who offers outstanding service. Manager, Louis, takes great care of the customer, and his dedication to work is incomparable. He helped me and my husband in a way you would never expect. He is hard working, and always on the top of everything. We were travelling long distance, and our car broke. Louis has saved us from spending enormous amount of money for towing. He waited for us in a store on Friday evening, so we could get the part we needed. Then, he helped us with finding a hotel for a night, and gave us a ride there.His help goes beyond the typical service you get everywhere else. The team of the store is extremely dedicated, and it is really A+ experience.

Called the store to see if they had a certain battery. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, and sure enough I was put on hold again. I hung up after 10 minutes. I called Napa, they had the battery. Went and picked it up. I spent less time calling and driving to picking it up at Napa then I did being put on hold for Advanced Auto Parts!!!!!

I went in requesting a specific part, the csr looked up the part and went to go get it for me.. I got my car apart went to put new part on and noticed I was given the wrong part.. Big inconvenience because I could not drive my car to go return the part.. Talked to other people and they have had the same issue with this store

09/22/17 Bad service! 3 employers taking back the counter and none help me. I ask one for a price about of an article said 3 save. He told me the price is on the tag,I said is not on the tag he no answer me.

Its clean but understaffed. Like most auto stores very over priced but some things even out with the shipping you would pay online.
