I believe that PetSmart participates in deceitful advertising. I was at the store on 5/25/16. I was purchasing nutro perfect portions cat food. Each flavor was tagged with a small advertisement that said buy 1 get 2 free. However, when I went to check out the items did not ring up for the sale price. I was told it was only for the dry food. I asked to see the manager who was very condescending. I showed her how each individual item had a sales tag. She said that this is how corporate wants them to advertise and they assume their customers can read. This was completely out of line. The fine print was so small that one would need a magnifying glass to see it. I called corporate and explained the very blatant deceit. He took my name and number and said he would call back in 24 hours. I have not received that phone call and petsmart will no longer receive my patronage.

I had my dog Rex groomed here yesterday. This was his first time getting professionally groomed because Im six months pregnant and can no longer do it myself. I was hesitant to book an appointment because I was not sure how he would react...but he needed a bath badly. My husband dropped him off and three hours later they called to come pick him up. I must say I was really impressed when he came home. Danielle was his groomer and according to her report he did really well but was a little nervous. Which I expected. Im happy she was able to get him comfortable enough to get him all cleaned up. He came home happy and smelling really good. Lol I think my days as his groomer are over. Im definitely bringing him back again to see Danielle. It was completely worth the price.

Grooming at this place is a joke. We have been taking our older dog to a different Petsmart for close to 4 years and they never had a problem with him. Took him here once and they told us he is too "figgity" to get his nails cut (took him to the vet the next day and ONE person doing his nails had zero issue). Just tried to take our puppy and they did the same thing (took her right over to PETCO and they had zero issues as well). Sounds like they just dont want to waste their time with the smaller services. The grooming staff is also rude and seem more interested joking with each other and talking on the phone than working. Ill definitely be looking elsewhere for ALL my pet needs.

Do not buy animals from this store. We bought 2 rats that had respiratory infections. We also bought the same bedding they were in from this store. When I called they wanted me to return the rats so they could treat them, and then resell them back to me. I said absolutely not. It may take weeks to clear up, I would not know how they were being handled or who was treating them. A few weeks in a rattys life is a long time. The manager also told me I was being rude, when I had told her twice I knew it was not personally her fault or her policy. Do yourself a favor and do not buy any animals from this store. I would give then " no stars" if I could.

To go shopping here; its great! But to take your pet here to get gromed, No, No, No, absoutly not! They were calling me every 5 minutes, or less, asking me if my dog is okay! I was told his eyes were red & bloodshot. I told them, hes fine, hes just sad because he misses me, thats all. Also, I instructed them with the blow drying. Told them hes okay with it, he just doesnt like it aimed at his face. What dog or person would?! Anyway, the didnt blow dry him, AT ALL! All in all, I definitely do a much better job at washing & grooming my own dog! A waste of time & money! Honestly!

Ok first off. This place is way overpriced and staff is not knowledgeable about fish or reptiles at all. You can tell it was all some mumble taught from corporate offices. The shelter dogs always seem so scared and the ones that arent usually have some type of behavioral issues. Anyone who thinks their animals are well cared for is blind. Dead lizard in a cage and told "oh it must have just died cause I fed it this morning". Death smell was horrible. But hey keep supporting a company that buys from animal mills.

The store itself has nothing great or wrong about it. I adopted a dog from here who was there for about four months. He had a lot of matted fur when we got him and staff reported it was because their groomers were too busy to address it. Kind of strange, but minus a star for the groomers not going out of their way to improve the chances of adoptable pets.

Fairly decent pet grooming for the price. Nothing to talk about. Nail clip was ten dollars, left a little on the long side and a recommendation to smooth the nails was an extra fee. I would say the grooming charges were fair, but for the price, Hair of the Dog local groomers do a better job with a better overall experience.

Pamela K is an amazing groomer. Typically only does full grooms, but treats your dogs like family the moment you walk in. She did 3 full service grooms for me in one day and finished in under 4 hours. So glad to have found someone that can make my dogs feel safe and happy during their groom. I definitely recommend her!

Tries to sell small crickets and call them "large" even though large ones are smaller than small ones. Unwilling to correct the error, blaming the distributor, even though with a little effort they could sort by size and charge correctly. Go to Petco instead for your crickets.

Poor selection of canned cat food many brands but all the same choices. This is the second time I went there and didnt buy anything. No one offers assistance and prices are high for the same items you can get at any pet store

Clean and organized store with friendly, helpful staff and a large selection for a wide variety of pets. Can be a little over-priced when it comes to some things, but if you catch a sale you can get some excellent prices.

Went on black friday. The deals were awesome. Customer service was good as well as checkout. They have alot of pets for adoption and the area was clean and well managed. One of the better petsmarts i have visited.

I think PetSmart is okay because the cashiers are lazy and they are stupid!! And the cashiers dont even talk, they dont talk theirself. They are alone!! DONT COME TO PetSmart EVER AGAIN!!!!

It is one of the best petsmarts I think I have ever been in there is this girl named Amy she helped me pick out my first aquarium 10 gallon and helped me pick out my fish.

The fish section employee was pleasant enough but really had no knowledge of fish. The fish we did buy were dead within a couple hours. I will not return!!
