Worst treatment I have ever received as a consumer. Aliya, the new manager of the grooming department told me I was late (which I wasnt) for Spencers grooming appointment. Then told me begrudgingly that "she would take him, but she didnt know when she would get him done because I was late." I kindly informed her that the man I made the appointment with, the last time I was in the store told me to drop him off between 9-10:00. She more or less told me I was lying and then said once again, Look, Ill take him, but you were late. I replied that I couldnt believe how I was being treated and that we would never set foot in there again and I left. DONT TAKE YOUR PET TO ALIYA AT THIS STORE! If she treats dogs the way she treats people- your poor pup will have a rotten day.

Worst grooming experience ever. I was told I could never bring my 6 month old puppy back because he was too rambunctious getting his nails trimmed. Well yeah..hes a puppy. I at least asked if I could bring him back another day when hes calmer and they said no he cant come back. And then they still wanted me to pay for it! Unbelievable. Bring your dogs elsewhere to get groomed.

Always fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good deals on clearance items or with pals rewards. Seem to have more and better products than other equal big name pet store competitors.

I love Petco, I volunteer there with Forgotten Cats and the staff is wonderful, they always help me out if I need help with the cats. Come check out our cute cats and maybe give one his forever home!!

I do not like the groomers. They are rough when grooming the dogs. Dogs seem super stressed. I would advise going elsewhere for your dogs well being.
