Super friendly and helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the products they carry. They offer a nice assortment of pet products. They also have a convenient dog wash area that is more like a doggy spa. Your choice of 3 or 4 different shampoos, different sized tubs, towels, air dryer.. and they clean up the mess afterwards! My dog is always excited to visit - even if he does have to get a bath!
