Always a quick and simple experience. I send packages from here all the time and Ive never had a problem. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Theyll give you recommendations if you have any questions. The store is a bit small, but theyre rarely busy. The holidays can be difficult here, but any other time its fine.

The store owner was so rude that I think he is unfit to be in services industry! Shame on you UPS! You could not keep up with your promised delivery date and ripped me off of $100 for a shipment that never got delivered on time and the manager did not even have courtesy to listen to a customers concern!

Store does not open on time! Standing outside 15 minutes after opening and still no staff at this location! They have a now hiring sign posted maybe they want to get on that a little faster
