I ordered a custom backdrop for my convention booth a few months ago. The PRE-sales communications were great. One of the reps (Jake) was very good about responding to my questions and making sure the image file I sent him was set to spec. The backdrop I ordered was very large (15x8 ft fabric). And I am very happy with the quality of the print. But my biggest issue is the framing and their lack of POST-sale support. In addition to the backdrop, I also ordered two metal frames...designed to work together and specifically fit my backdrop. However I am extremely disappointed in their quality. Even just after one use, I can tell this framing system will not stand the test of time. It doesnt always hold well where the pieces screw together, and certain parts just dont tighten very well. I expressed concern about this issue TWICE now to the same person I worked with. I do not believe I was demanding or rude in any way…and I didn’t even ask for a refund or replacement. I simply notified him of my concern about the lack of quality in the framing to see how he would respond and handle it. But now a month later, I still have not gotten a response. Its like hes dropped off the face of the earth. So be warned. Their pre-sale communications and print quality may be good. But based on my experience with them, dont expect anything in the way of support once the sale is complete. Its a major disappointment, as I literally have thousands of people who see my backdrop...many of them asking where it came from. This company could be getting many more sales from both myself and others who see it...but at this time I have no intentions of recommending them. -Joe

We were/are extremely pleased with the finished product, quality and level of customer service from Blue Wave. We were in a bind and needed a nice backdrop for our trade show booth...but we needed it FAST. Not only was the turnaround time amazing (we paid rush fees, but still impressive nonetheless), but the customer service and help from Samantha, our sales rep, was also top notch. They ensured that even though it was a rush job, the logo was "clean" and overall quality was still great. It made a HUGE difference in the overall look of our booth and the backdrop was so light it was super easy to travel with on our flight. We also needed it to arrive before our flights departed and they made sure to meet our delivery deadline as well. We ordered on a Tuesday and had the backdrop at our studio within 3 Business Days! We will definitely be recommending Blue Wave to our friends in the trade. Great job!

Loved our experience with Blue Wave Printing. Our COO wanted to have big checks printed as a little fun extra for some outstanding employees, and we literally only had a day left to get these done. I spoke to Samantha about turnaround time, and she reassured me that they would be able to get something printed and shipped to us by the next day. Of course, ordering something from a new vendor is always a bit scary for me, because you never know how everything will turn out. But Samantha helped ease those uncertainties with her professionalism and quick responses -- she was even able to make changes to the check template. Checks arrived on time, and they looked fabulous. A huge thank you to Samantha and the wonderful Blue Wave Printing team! you guys rock, and we would definitely recommend you!

We ran a contest at work and needed a giant check to present to the winner. I found Blue Wave on Google. Within an hour I had uploaded all the information and placed my order. They had my proof ready (which I approved) and they printed and shipped my check within 24 hours. I didnt request or pay for "rush" service but they did it so quickly and its perfect. Their prices are excellent, their shipping prices are amazing (nice to find honest shipping, not huge markups on shipping) and their staff is very nice, very professional and very helpful. Thanks to how well this went, we will be running more contests and presenting more of our customers with cash (giant check) prizes. All I can say is "Thank You!!!"

Used them for a giant dry erase check for a charity donation promotion with our local sports club. Unfortunately, UPS left it on the balcony of a nearby neighbor the week before, however, we did not know this. I sent an email on Sunday because I was missing my shipment....received an immediate response....and by Monday, I had multiple calls and emails from them letting me know they were printing and shipping a new one overnight to me for my event. Extremely efficient and a "can get it done" attitude. We ended up canceling the replacement because we found the shipment, but this company knows what customer service is all about. Will be using them again for sure!!!!!

We used Blue Wave Printing for a banner and dry erase "check" that we can use for our businesss fundraising events (shown in photo). Both arrived very quickly, but more so then the delivery time I was impressed by the follow-up. I received an email almost immediately after placing my order with a proof from a real person named Jessica (haha, this matters nowadays!). She recommended I send the image in a different file type and I was able to do so via email, which was less confusing then the website for me. She made the switch, and within 15 minutes of placing my order it was in production. Seamless process and high quality product- will definitely order again!

This company customer service is unbelievable. This was my first year presenting a scholarship and I wanted it to be a success. Blue Wave made it happen. Samantha was so patient and professional through out the process, she was prompt with her email responses and she did exactly what she said she would do, she didnt give me the run around. This is the type of work ethic I appreciate. She represents this company well, if she is not in management, she should be. She has excellent customer service skills and I am confident she can teach others the same. I will use this company for all my printing needs. Job well done Blue Wave!

Blue Wave is the real deal. I ordered 6 large checks for a presentation for a corporate event and they looked amazing. The material the checks were made of is perfect and everything looked exactly as I designed it online. Avani was my customer service rep and was amazing. We had to order a second round of checks because the amount was incorrect (my fault). I called Avani and let her know, she made the changes immediately and had the new checks sent out within an hour. That is some serious customer service right there! Forever grateful we found Blue Wave and theyre on my list for future events!
