Wow the store is HUGE the Prices range from Low to High & the staff is very helpful to help you find items or to answer questions that you have if you are new to drinking wines or beers or liquors They have a classroom area & a sampling station & they will engrave gift bottles of liquors if you want to mark a special occasion. They not only boxed up the purchase nicely but the young woman asked if I wanted someone to help me get the box into the car before I even had to ask - old fashioned customer service can still be found in CT (0;}

Having been at a number of other total wine and mores in other states as well as the one in Manchester, this place is tiny by comparison. Their beer selection is mediocre at best and theyre short on a lot of liquors that I normally look for. The wine selection is small as well too and reflects the size of this store. Overall, Id suggest trying your local bottle shop or package store before braving the mall traffic before coming here to try and get stuff at a discount.

Great prices, but I try not to ask for help. Their sales associates must be told what to recommend based on profit margin or something, because they always try to steer me towards their own house brands. If you know what youre going in for though, the prices are great.

Went in to pick up an online order that they had no idea even existed because of some communication problem. Why even have that option then. I waited in the store for over 40 minutes and Im still waiting currently.
