Shavara Davis

Extremely poor service! I had an excellent experience at the Danbury location only thing was that I needed a smaller size in the denim blue Levis jeans. As I walked into the store no one greeted me, I waited patiently for acknowledgement. None. The cashier number lights up, I then proceed & ask whether the item is available and/or for assistance. The cashier asked another cashier (they clearly was frustrated as if I was bothering them) the other cashier say, "this is not a big retail store" rudely I then state that I didnt ask that & reinstated that all I needed was help in the direction of where the Levis jeans were. Unfortunately I left disappointed & felt due to my nationality I wasnt help!

This would be my daughter and Is go-to local clothes shopping joint. I mean, compared to the scuzzy K-Mart up the road, its like a freaking Macys...but it stands on its own in lieu of that comparison. Keep in mind, in order to shop here, youll need to know how to "rack". Many of items are just mixed together on a rack by size. I mean, theres pants, shirts, etc...but at that point, you have to flip through stuff to find what you like. Prices are just ridiculous, and a lot of it is like last years brand name stuff. Awesome shopping experience here and great staff as well.

All of the employees are constantly complaining about their jobs and coworkers very off putting as a consumer. Lines are extremely slow. Ive been in a line of about 10-15people, with 4 registers open and it took 30 minutes. There were even employees sitting behind the counter talking to each other while there were registers not being used.

This store reminds me of something stuck in time. The store has looked the same for years and doesnt have the newest stuff. This is a great place for getting a great deal. You can buy some great stuff off the rack if your willing to search.

The store may have some great clothing buys, but the store itself is dated. Sizes can be hit or miss at times but you can usually find something you like in your size.

Usually the marshals we go to, once in a while ill find something. Wife usually always grabs something. Staff is really nice and store is neat and organized.
