Stores come and go in that mall. Especially in the food court. Most stores that last are big popular department stores or large franchises. Everything else becomes a vacant space, then in a few months you will see a new coming soon sign. My advice is if you have not been there in a while just call to find out if the store is still there before you travel. The mall has plenty things you typically wont see in most malls just to give a few multiple nail and hair salons, a barbershop, recording studio, STD testing center, motherhood maternity lol. Which can be good or bad, but theres less of a reason to come in if you plan to shop and leave with something in a bag than pay and walk out empty handed when it comes to those. There are plenty of retail stores, but they mostly sale the same kinds of merchandise and it turns into finding the better price at the cheaper store.

I dont know what these reviews are about but its my favorite mall near me. I HATE shopping and west farms is so prissy and upper class now, Im rolling my eyes even thinking about it... WE GET IT WEST HARTFORD!! YOURE FANCY! Anywho, Im 53" on a good day and am very curvy and I gotta say while some shops are a little too urban style for me, every pair of pants I try fits perfect in those kind of stores. Also their forever 21 is the best I know of, not to mention Burlington coat factory is always a solid store for shoes, makeup, etc. Im telling you, if your not a skeleton, shop there, itll make you like shopping again... they get that women are curvy... Youre welcome ladies!!!

The mall is pretty big and 2 levels with a wide variety of stores including a food court and Regal Cinema. For the most part I hate malls but this is where AT&T cell phone store is and although I do need to enter the mall to go there, there are many of the stores that dont require going into the mall since they can be entered right from the parking lot such as Sears. If you dont like the choices of food at the food court, you can go to the IHOP which also can be entered without going into the mall. The mall itself is clean and has security should any issues arise.

There is a lot of empty store fronts and others seem to be hanging on. There are a few less expensive than Macys, Sears is trying hard by having lands end in the store , and has come a long way with the quality of clothing they carry. On trend and fashionable. Restraints throughout the mall are all good , and a small selection of fast food if that is what you like. The mall in general is a great place to shop and keep it simple and have a good day of browsing , quick lunch even catch a movie.

The worst mall ever, worst security!!! There are always very rude!!, Dont go especially on Friday, because the security kicks you out for no reason.How do they expect to have customers, if they keep kicking people out, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, thats it, it is assumed that when you go shopping the last thing you need is for a person to come and tell you that you cant stop there that you have to go stand outside, what is it then? Extremely ridiculous.

Store selection is uninspired, many privately run and run-down stores. Used to have better stores. There are certain sections of this mall that I wont even go to. Food court has awful selection and seems dirty. Also, poorly located in an isolated end of the main hall, by Sears. Crowds using mall are loud, and often wrapped in drama. Movie theater on third floor is nice-isolated from the rif raff, good selection of movies, daytime pricing good.

Beautiful mall with alot of great shopping and eating options. Got my newborns pictures taken here and they turned out wonderful. Great accessibility from parking to walking to the handicapped, all is well thought out and worth a visit if you plan on shopping in the near future. I do most of my purchases online these days but places like this give me hope that good in-store mall shopping still exists.

I love visit this place! You can really enjoying walking just around the mall, sitting at the rest area in different points of the mall (they have usb cellphone chargers in some of them). Or simple have a coffe or eat a delicious food in the variety of restaurants like Brazilian food, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Hispanic, Burguer king, etc. Some Citizens use to have a meeting for play domino.

Good mall has a bit of everything inside, I dont like the WiFi it is really slow, the bathrooms are bearable, the movies are full with talking people during the movie, that some spoil the movie, the stores due to people coming in and out are a bit messy, some clothes quality has deteriorated, I like to walk around and the seating is better waiting outside the stores.

The new reclining leather seats are roomy and comfortable. Great remodel! Staff is usually pretty friendly. Half price tickets on Tuesdays and Sundays. There are squeaky air vents in most of the theatres, but the sound usually gets drowned out by the movie. Dont waste your money on the concessions!! $5.00 for one small bottle of water.

If you need something very quickly and you have very little time, this may be your answer. Beyond that, there are much better options out there, especially for malls. Overall very small, which in turn, makes for very small stores containing very small selections of clothes. If you want variety, go to another mall

Has plenty of stores and even a small arcade like store and every store I have been to has treated well. The only thing is sometimes there can be a overwhelming crowd of preteens there and some few can be unpleasant to say the least. With that being said if you stay to yourself you will have no trouble.

The mall is always well kept and reasonably clean, considering the amount of foot traffic they have. Same goes for the movie theater, as well as reasonably prices and no sticky floors. I hate movie theaters with sticky floors, makes me wonder when the last time they cleaned the seats was.

Its the mall, you know, lots of people walking around looking at stuff but not really buying anything. On the up side its the mall and if you need something you might find it there. Like most malls this one is a reflection of the local of the local youth population and culture.

I still love visiting this shopping center. It is one of the few plazas that isnt filled with empty stores in the region. Barnes & Noble, Buffalo Wild Wings, Toys R Us, Michaels Arts & Crafts, and a Pet store and other restaurants all in one convenient location near the mall.

Brass City is just an average shopping mall. There are enough stores to serve your basic needs, but dont expect any major luxury stores here. You are better off going to Westfarms for that. Parking availability could also improve, but overall this is a pretty decent mall.

Ive been there to Brass Mills Center because I took Dattco 52173 recently with James Flanagan Community School Summer Academy 2016 students and Dattco 52173 has MaxxForce DT Diesel because I love this engine and has non lifted and wheelchair bus because I am in Connecticut.
