Avoid the Sears Store! On Labor Day weekend (Sept. 4) I bought a gas range at the University Mall Sears store. I paid many extra dollars to have the new stove delivered, installed, and the old stove hauled away. It is now Sept. 23 and they have still not given me an appointment to have the new stove installed. I had the old stove pulled out two weeks ago in order to close up a hole in the wall (it was a JennAir). So for two weeks I have been stoveless. In addition, next week I have two generations of family coming to visit. How am I going to feed them with no stove? Sears should not sell installation services if they do not have the installers to perform the service. They tell me in order to cancel the installation and just get delivery I would have to cancel the entire order and start over. Thats not going to get me a stove in time for the family reunion. Even more terrifying, when I try to call the store itself (using the VRU prompt for store associate) the phone just rings and rings. No one answers it. Its a true "On the Beach" feeling. What kind of store makes it impossible to call it directly? As hard as the economy is now, wouldnt you think that a store would try harder to give good service when someone actually buys something, especially something as expensive as a (Kenmore Elite) stove?

Went there 3 times to activate my iPhone first two times didnt work, went a 3rd time and all I got was grief and just got told to do it myself since my SIM card was not purchased there. Little did they know I am a frequent customer and have bought phones off them on the past. I Never had a problem with them before and always went to them when I got a new phone. Im thoroughly unimpressed by their lack of knowledge and neglegance twards a loyal customer especially after screwing up multiple times. I do not recommend you go there unles you want to be stuck waiting a long time for terrible service.

As I walked into Mcdonalds my coat was genorously stored for me I was seated immediately. My meal started out with a very light amouse bouche consisting of some lightly seared scallops. After that, I was treated with a very fresh orca salad with fresh goat cheese and paper thin carrots. Then, came the main course, a Big Mac, it tasted like a slice of heaven sprinkled with love. My soda was paired perfectly with my four course dinner and the dessert, a triple layer chocolate cake , finished off the meal perfectly. Overall, this is a must for any serious foody out there.

Ive worked here for the last few years. The mall is not the"place to be" anymore. Bathrooms are always a mess and sometimes a health hazard. Security is incompetent. The food court has huge holes that havent been filled be a food place in years. Many stores have been on their way out. Give it a few years, it be will look like to the Diamond Run mall in Rutland. (Empty) The only positive I can give is the people who work their.

Its the local mall, what else can I say? A good variety of stores and better than the downtown mall in my opinion; though the church street marketplace in its entirety is better overall. If you want to do a little window shopping indoors, and possibly grab lunch, U Mall is still the place to go in Chittenden county. Barnes and Noble across the street and several good restaurants nearby doesnt hurt either.

I was very upset today. I purchased two large pillows and had to walk out without a bag. The two young ladies at the register did walk around looking for a large bag. They were not able to find a large bag in the entire store. Did not look good walking in the mall trying to carry pillows not in a bag. Had to cut my shopping short. No Manager around.

Cest un centre dachat qui a de bonnes bannières comme bon ton, kohl et Sears. Par contre, il ny a pas beaucoup de magasins et leur court alimentaire est un peu de base.

Nearly always crowded, and lacking sufficient seating (apart from the cafeteria) Im not really a fan of this mall. I do believe it to be the best mall in the state, but honestly thats not saying much. Im not into shopping for clothes, but if I were then Im sure Id like this place a lot more considering thats nearly all the stores here carry.

I am not from around this area, was passing by from Canada on a trip to the states, but I can say this mall sucks. There are barely any stores in it, it is practically deserted, and the few people there are a senior citizens. Maybe it was just the day and time I went there. I guess you can shop there if you really hate crowded places.

Nice stop for a tourist if you know what stores on the inside. Its kind of sad how many empty store fronts and spaces are just empty. This place used to be packed full of retailers and every food space was being used by local or lesser known commercial restaurants. Now the cafe is only half full and is mostly commercialized.

More immersive indoor shopping than even the Burlington Town Center Mall. Food court has Chinese, Japanese, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, smoothie shop. Large apparel stores. Merchandise stores for recent media entertainment. And newly opened gaming outlet with VR. Here is a mall map.* Not updated to include gaming outlet.

Almost half of the lots in this mall are now closed. There are very few people walking around the mall itself on a Sunday even though Vermont has no sales tax on clothing. So something has got to be wrong. It this mall has the store you want to go to, and you hate lines and crowding, this is the place to go.

First time I called the attendant hung up because a customer came in. I called back and was momentarily put on hold before a store associate assisted me. When I asked about an item inventory, she did not check the computer system and was not generally helpful in assisting me find an item.

Went there today and saw some chicks poodle do all kinds of business in front of the Hallmark store. That was a little annoying. Also, and while this isnt really related, it still matters....Vermont sucks at malls. Seriously, there isnt a single shopping center thats worth a visit anymore.
