Best market in Rocky Hill for Butchers Meats. Small enough to navigate quickly. Good produce and selections but meat and delivery are the attraction. Pre-made meals as well for adults who dont or cant cook for themselves eggs, elderly or busy working family. Nice little bakery as well. Cases of favorite brands of hot dogs & burgers...great selections of kielbasa and a great lobster tank full of fresh..healthy lobsters which always seem on sale. Theyll steam for you as well. Everyone loves West Side. Not even the new D& D Market in Wethersfield can compete with it. That store just doesnt have much stock it seems to me for a market.

Always good produce, deli, and meat department. Hot wings bar could use meater chicken wings. Department store staff the best. Front end staff, younger staff, could use customer service enhancements. More smiles needed. More eye to eye with customers, not talking to other employees. Grocery sales are great. Dairy is priced high especially butter. Sometimes can find items you cant find other places. Always get the 1/2 dozen roses for 2.99 lately. They actually smell like roses!!! Thank you for this. Roses dont have a smell anymore at other places.

Very very bad shop I ever seen..they are doing the same mistake again and again.. I always ask them to cut the chicken legs but instead of cutting through machine they are chopping with the knife and making the chicken not good for cooking.. very very frustrating and time waste .. I dont think management taking any action in the customer complaint.. I dont believe west side management taking care of customer complaints...

Great customer service, friendly staff, fresh and made on the spot ready-to-eat options. I work close by and I come here a lot for the deli sandwiches or the salad bar or the hot lunch or the sushi or the pre-made ready-to-heat foods; so many options that I have a hard time choosing. They even have a bakery with all kinds of scrumptious home made deserts! And the cut flowers are well priced and gorgeous.

all grocery items are OK. pretty much like other grocery stores like bigY and stop and shop. But West Side market place is the costliest. Almost 25-50 cents priccier than others. I would rather drive extra 5-10 miles and shop at BigY or Stop&Shop.
