I read the reviews before and was skeptical about coming here. I waited several visits before leaving this review. I didnt experience the issues the previous customers had. The have a very wide selection of hair products. The staff can seem kind of curt at first, but I am now a regular customer and they are always nice. If you expecting someone to lick your boots, this isnt the place. They can use some customer service training as far as welcoming customers, when I say hello they reply in kind. If I have a question they answer it clearly and have always taken time to help. They can do better on price for some items, but overall the prices are decent.

This is the worst beauty supply store I have been in. They are about making money instead of helping customers. I was helped by the lady that works there twice and she walked away from me twice ignoring me to help someone else. I put all my stuff on the shelf and walked out. She is so rude and no customer should be treated the way I was.
