If I could give zero stars I honestly would...The woman that works there is so rude. She has blonde short hair and glasses and shes honestly the rudest/ saddest person Ive ever met. I understand that stores close at a certain time but instead of rushing your customers you should wait until theyve fisnished finding their products. It was honestly the worst experience of my life! Honestly she literally does nothing all day expect for ringing people up and restocking and shes rushing the customers she gets. Ha funny.

Unfriendly staff very unprofessional when i walked in the store i didnt get greeted. There was a very rude girl with blonde haiir up to her shoulders arguing with a customer over the phone about scissor packaging it was the worst experienced i ever had in a retail store and i honestly never want to go back.

Staff is super unfriendly. Id rather make the trip to another cosmo then deal with the complete lack of customer service the employees at the Brookfield Cosmo have to offer. Absolutely terrible. I would love to give them 0 stars if I could!!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful theres plenty of products to choose from!
