I just had to write a review of this store to inform anyone before they shop here. The store itself is wonderful with many products to choose from. However the staff couldnt know any less about hair (dye, extensions, treatments etc.) I do not expect an expert, but I could have had more luck on google or asking a toddler. If you have concerns about what color to dye your hair or how to fix a bad dye job do not ask the employees because they will either not know, or give you the wrong product. I am so frustrated with the money that I spent there, I really expected more from a beauty supply store.
