At first reading the reviews I was uneasy into coming into the store but now I LOVE coming into this store! I definitely will return and refer my family and friends. There are a wide select of products that you can use and everytime I come into beauty beat I want to do a new style because of the wide variety of hairstyles (crochet, weaves, etc) . The BEST thing is their employees. There is an short darkskin lady along with an darkskin lady they were so nice and so helpful! They had a great vibe and made me and my friends feel comfortable, I came in the afternoon and it was so busy and putting away new products and they stopped everything they were doing just to help customers. Another day I came in and I met Mimi who was also very helpful. She also was very patient with me and helped me find the weave I was looking for. Ill definitely will be back.

Sooooo....... when I tell you I cringe EVERY time I go into this place. The customer service sucks!!!!!! Home girl with the horrible blonde mix med sized braids (Dont know her name) she wears glasses and ALWAYS has a very bad attitude. Situation: I asked if she could open a pack of hair so I could see the texture. She says go to the back and look at the hair on display, its blonde. I said politely, Id like to feel this particular one because the darker texture usually is different than the lighter colors. Her: well, we dont want you messing up the hair, with an attitude!! Me: still pleasant, I understand. I decide to take the hair and ask her to put it back in the packaging, she responds, you took it out, you can put it back! Im literally shaking as Im typing this......all I can say is, I thank God for JESUS!!

This place has terrible customer service. You walk in and the cashier is loudly speaking on the phone with her boyfriend and the other sale associate is putting on make-up. Both had horrible attitudes and made it seem like youre inconveniencing by asking for help. Theyre rude, unprofessional and overall unpleasant. Wont be returning.
