TERRIBLE, Absolutely horrible experience. Whats sad about this situation is I live less then 1min WALKING distance and I WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR INTO THIS "establishment". Products are overpriced and the staff is rude. Made a quick purchase a few days ago and notice when I got home one of the items I purchased was demanaged, discolored and slightly above sale price, but hey, it was one of those spur of the moment purchases! Didnt want to rush back to return said item so I waited two days before going back to return the product. unfortunely, lost my receipt. THANK GOD FOR CHASE BANK THOUGH, right! Sale amount was posted to my account and I had hoped theyd go off my good word and the sales receipt post still available on my bank statement. as a CONSUMER, youd think I would be treated with a modicum of respect. But no, I was told I would have to take store credit or purchase something while there! As I said, their products arent particularly my choosing so I politely ask if I could have the $3.99 credit for a beat up Haitian flag (still unopened/ several of the flags still in the store looked the way I presented it back to the clerk where she immediately noticed the damage) returned to my card or even just the cash, kindly informing the sales clerk that she didnt need to include tax .... But NO..with that I told them I would keep the flag and vowed to never step foot there again. Screw the convenience, HAIRBOWS GOTTA GO!

The hours on the door, online and on the phone message say that the store opens at 9:00. I waited outside the store until around 9:15 and no one was there so I left a message stating it was unprofessional. An hour later the RUDE store owner calls my phone to give me a sob story and YELL at me about why she wasnt there on time to open the store. At the end of the day, a business is a business. She should have sent someone else to open the store for her. Instead of calling me to YELL at me, she should have called me to apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldve been more sympathetic and understanding about her situation. Ive heard from numerous people that this lady is just plain rude. I went to two brothers and got what I needed since they opened ON TIME!

I bought a wig at this place, they gave me another one instead, when i went back the next day to exchange it to get the one i wanted the owner of the place rude and mean as a woman can be, she said no even when i explain her that it was her mistake.
