I switched to CD early on because I was tired of the impersonal Stop N Shop pharmacists and like to support local merchants. Its refreshing to go into a local establishment and have them welcome you by name. They go out of their way to immediately follow-up with Dr.s and insurance companies for clarifications and I see them really go to bat for the customer. And you cant beat the parking.

Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription as generic since as he stated "wouldnt make enough money and someone needs to pay the difference"! I shouldnt be punished for having great insurance. Puts profit before patients health and safety. I like to support local business but will avoid this place at all costs. Sad to have such a greedy business owner in this beautiful town.

I love using a local Pharmacy and the personal attention I receive. They are always positive and cheerful, willing to accommodate. The store is pleasant and I am glad to see that they sell gift items made locally. A convenient place to pick up a nice card and quick gift. I wish they had gift cards!

I have been using this Pharmacy since it opened, and love it. They greet you by name, go out of their way to help you, always have my script filled and ready without having to call every month. The store is filled with gifts made by locals. So glad they are in New Fairfield!

Best pharmacy ever! Been going for years. Caring staff and pharmacists who know me by name, not my prescription numbers. Great gifts, makeup selection, pretty much whatever you need at a drugstore and more. Local products, too. Thank you Candlewood Drugs!

Candlewood drugs gives great customer service, everyone is very friendly. Any time I have a question or concern about something, they go out of their way to help me. It made me very happy when they opened and I did not have to go to CVS anymore.
