My experience with the Stop & Shop Pharmacy (# 0637) has been a surprisingly pleasant one. My pharmacist Steve R. is professional and affable. He is knowledgable about my specific needs and always goes above and beyond to make certain that I not only get the correct Rx every time but that I get the best value. As a physician, I have dealt with many pharmacies and pharmacists over the years and I have never met one so dedicated to helping patients at every aspect of his interaction with them. I actually permanently changed pharmacies after I developed a working rapport with Pharmacist Steve R. Without reservation I can most strongly recommend the Stop & Shop Pharmacy (# 0637) to anyone out there who wants a very well educated, capable, trustworthy pharmacist. I also would like to state that there is also another excellent pharmacist there named Sandra whom I have had limited but positive interactions. I consider her a very positive asset to the Stop & Shop Pharmacy family, as well.

Time and time again Ive experienced the worst customer service in the world at the Bedford Street Stop and Shop. From the cashiers to the assistant managers, everyone seems to enjoy taking their time, being rude and not helping customers on purpose. But the person who takes the makes me never want to go back to this store ever, cake is the manager, Jean John. He is absolutely the most unprofessional, clueless, obnoxious man I have ever met that works in customer service. First of all, he barely speaks english, and I had to have another employee translate for me. He is so rude and does not know the policies of his store! Horrible. I wont be shopping there again, and Im calling their 800 number tomorrow and filing a complaint against him.

This store needs a manager or a someone who knows what they are doing + cares. The cashier tried to charge me twice for a gift card, and then it took them 20 minutes to activate it.
