These guys have some real nice glass--Jerome baker, rare roor pieces, inline diffusers, you name it. My only continuing problem is the girl that works there. She knows next to nothng about glass bongs and (most recently) tried to tell me I was wrong when I most certainly was not. She demonstrated her complete ineptitude all the while muttering things under her breath. Very unprofessional, and I honestly cannot understand why Pat (the owner) keeps her around.

If you buy an item and it breaks the first week you have it, dont expect a refund or exchange. My daughter bought a knife for her boyfriend and it broke after two days, fell apart, and they would do nothing.
