While this store has great discounts on cards, a nice selection of gifts and typically anything youd like in a stationary store, the customer service leaves a little to be desired ... As a local (no, Im not a rude out of towner dispensing upon the town for a quick stop on my way to THE HAMPTONS), Ive tried to be friendly when I go in to prompt some kindness, but its matter of fact and unkind. I know we live in NY but come on, be a little more inviting.. This is a shared feeling from other neighbors, not just my point out here in the country.. :) Try harder Dev Cards; maybe I wont take my business elsewhere...

Not sure why people are complaining about the customer service. I and my mother come here for certain plush and figurine characters for the game amazing world by ganz and they are very helpful and friendly. Maybe you caught them on an off day. Because weve been going there for years and never once had an issue.
