I ordered flowers with Nina in September for my very small wedding taking place on November 13, 2016. Nina informed me that she needed a partial deposit to get her boss to hold the date for her. I gave her $125 leaving a balance of $175.At a later date i realized i needed 2 more boutineers. Bringing my remaining balance up $40 to $215. Balance was paid in October she informed me the order for the flowers was placedm The first week of November, I supplied Nina with large mason jars for the flowers. The day before my wedding, Nina had a family emergency. She insisted on giving me a refund immediately and since then has had many excuses. The end of November she oaid my cell phone bill in the amount of $75 in exchange for me being patient about the refund. She has since then blocked me from contact via social media and will not return my texts or phone calls leaving me with $240 outstanding. I moved out of state and in the process, my invoice from her was damaged and cannot be read, all i have at screen shots of conversations with her but this is completely absurd!

I needed to order flowers for an employee who recently had a death in the family. It was my first time ordering flowers and the wonderful lady who handled my order was immensely helpful. I literally gave her a price range, the name of the funeral home, the name of the family, and the date of the service, and she handled everything! My employee said the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so so much for all of yalls help!

You will not be disappointed with this Flower Shop. You always have that hesitation about placing orders over the phone for flowers because the fear of are yoy really getting what you ordered but the person I spoke with was very helpful and the arrangement I ordered look fantastic and they look even better a week later. I will be sure to order any flowers I need from them!!

I ordered flowers as a thank you from out of the country. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly, extremely helpful, and creative. She helped pick out great flowers and they were delivered within 2 hours. If I ever need flowers in Selden again, Ill be sure to call 1-800-Flowers Selden Retail Store.

Admittedly they tried to follow the arrangement but the roses were past due....if they dont have suitable roses as called for,PLEASE.... contact the customer to ask to substitute for flowers that are wilted. You might even get good reviews and repeat customers!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will I buy flowers or anything in that matter from here again. Very rude and nasty lady behind the counter . Didnt even get what I wanted because I just wanted to leave so I grabbed anything . Never returning here again.

i was there on valentines day . worst place you can go to . they overcharge people way to much . i was going to buy a dozen roses and they wanted 80 dollars just for that !!! do no go to this place . they rob people
