For some reason the Glastonbury Boulevard Stop & Shop seems woefully under-staffed. Im not sure if its because Stop and Shop figures theyll just open another store in Glastonbury (they already have two within a few miles of each other) to squelch competition or if theyre just complacent. Whatever the reason - it takes far too long to check out.

I dont know... maybe I was in a good mood to contribute to my experience but, everyone there was incredibly nice. From the deli guy loading the cooler with $6 lunch grinders to the cashier, everyone served or helped me with a smile. Great place in a fantastic town.

What a marvel of efficiency! The sliced bread was evenly cut, the milk products perfectly contained, the yolks centered in their cartons by the dozens.

Typical Grocery store. Limited produce and of lower quality. Slow Deli, Seafood Service, not the best quality meats and fish
