One of the women who worked there was repetitively screaming at customers to get out of the store five minutes before closing and complaining loudly that people "just dont know how to listen to announcements" so that everyone in line could hear. She was also snapping back at a customer who had a simple question. Thought she was extremely rude and that it was no way to handle paying customers whom are the reason you are employed. I work with criminals, rapists, and murderers everyday on the line who tend to not listen also however I dont even talk to them or speak down to them as this woman was to customers.

The only reason this isnt 4 stars is the customer service counter. A soda can got punctured during bagging, which isnt a big deal, it happens. We didnt realize it until we got to the car, so I took the 6 pack back to customer service. The lady rolled her eyes at me, have me attitude, then grilled me how it could possibly happen at bagging. Accidents happen, not a big deal. Just fix it instead of giving attitude and being rude.

The person bagging groceries left out a bag. We didnt discover this until we were home. There was no apology or explanation given.
