So I went in for a personal one-on-one makeover and let me tell you..... I was amazed. I was hesitant at first to how this would actually go but both Eva and Gigel listened and respected what I was telling them. I went in telling them my specific "problem areas" and what my price range was, and they stuck with it. Eva was able to explain to me the different cleansers that she would recommend for my skin type and she also let me test out a mask I was hesitant in buying because of the price (i bought it anyways because it left my skin feeling amazing). Gigel then took over and did my make up. I was not a fan of sitting up front with everyone glaring at me while getting my make up done but after a few minutes I didnt even realize people were walking by because Gigel made it easy to lisen and follow along and let me ask as many questions as I wanted to. At the end it was like she was my personal shopping assistant, helping me pick out what type of products I wanted to buy that day, and Definitely NOT PUSHY. I would recommend going here and asking for Gigel and Eva.... awesome people to work with and I had a blast. Only con about this experience was that the eye make up that was put on my eyes is nothing I would ever wear, but after telling Gigle that it was too much she was able to tone it down.

My roommate and I went to one of your stores today because we are getting ready for a fashion show and needed to buy makeup for us and other girls at our university. I asked a lady about products I was looking for and she was trying on different shades of makeup. All of a sudden we notice they were following us and asking us questions if we needed help over and over and over. I then notice on man and his walking talking to another associate saying to watch one of the girls in the store and I found out they were talking about my roommate. I left the store because I was so offended and upset. First of all we dont have any pockets no im sorry. Im wearing skinny jeans so I have two pockets and you would notice if I put anything in them. And she had a small pocket within her jacket that u cant even put ur phone in. Anyway no purses, no baggy close just tiny wallets with our school IDS and debit cards. I was so upset I left and told my roommate I would be outside. my roommate, she was shopping and she didnt realize what they were doing and she bought the stuff she wanted and left and I asked her what happened, she said nothing and I told her what was going on so she went back in to get her money back but Im offened and shes upset and humiliated. We are black not criminals

I walked in knowing I needed someone to teach me how to do my eyebrows. (Im new to this whole trend stuff.) Rada was in the corner with all the Benedit products and as extremely helpful as one could be. She made my day. I told her that Im a beginner with all this and she didnt make me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing. She explained everything of what she was doing and some tips and tricks - she ended up showing and TEACHING me how to do a natural full face (which - didnt know I needed that until I saw the magic and then it all made sense!) She didnt push any products on me - she was very clean always hand sanitizer and letting me know when she would disinfect certain things. All in all she is amazing. I hugged her after the service because I couldnt believe how sweet and patient she was with me. I couldnt of asked for a better experience!!!

Walked in, looked around and was followed by some chick in a jean jacket. She said she worked there but wasnt in uniform. I really didnt like the approach she presented. Dont get me wrong she was knowledgeable, I just felt like I was being followed and kinda singled out from other customer basic on my appearance. Overall customer service sucks! Wasnt until I engaged in a consultation the employee seemed shocked that I had purchased and had used there items. I expected more from management, I assuming because she didnt have a uniform, the consultation seemed forced and fake, probably to get me out of the store quicker. Sad really, I thought the Sephora at westfarms would be a little nicer.

Last weekend I got my makeup done by Gigel and she did the most amazing job! I got crazy compliments and honestly I dont think Ive ever looked so good in my life! She taught me a lot too and ever since Ive been practicing and trying out what she showed me. I cant wait to go back and show her what I learned

Whenever you go to this Sephora ask if an employee named stasia is available, I recommend all my friends and family go to her. I have a pleasant experience with her every time I go to her! She is truly great and very helpful as are all the other employees. Everyone here is so sweet.
