Nov 8th, 2013.....2 weeks before my wedding! called in and was treated so poorly and the manager on duty was so rude I cancelled both my "trail" makeup application before the wedding and also cancelled the day of my wedding makeup application. She handled it so badly I feel bad for the makeup consultant, Jessica ( who is a doll to work with) who will lose my business now and in the future. Im also in sales/customer service and I NEVER would have handled a customer the way she did. Ill be passing on my negative experience with everyone I know.

soooo rude here. the employees basically ganged up on my friend and i until we left. i understand youre supposed to "help us find what were looking for" but they followed us and im pretty sure thought we were stealing... they kinda reminded me of an exclusive highschool clique.

I love this store! Everyone is always cheery and helpful when I visit. Just had my makeup done to learn new tips and am very pleased with the results. This is my "go-to" location for all things beauty related.
