I was married last year and visited Fiori once. I ended up not going with a dress from here, but I did like the atmosphere of their shop (very charming) and the selection (GORGEOUS dresses). My one qualm was the staff. While outwardly friendly I will admit I felt horribly snubbed by the girl who seemed to stop caring once I said I was looking for a dress under $1,000. She still assisted me well enough, but the care seemed to lessen. Unfortunately, as a recent graduate saving for a house price was very much controlling my decisions. Given all of the other wedding expenses that must happen a dress I wear once was not at the forefront of where I wanted to drop the most money. I would have appreciated if the associate respected this (it was a difficult thing to me to budget this and realize I could not afford my dream dresses) and worked with my to offer alternative styles within my price range. She kept bringing me dresses well beyond my price range. While I understand this is useful in finding what I like vs. what I dont like, I would have liked seeing some things I could actually afford. I did have an appointment and when a walk in occurred I felt abandoned. She seemed to be the only one there (having worked retail I understand that feeling!), but my party and I werent able to do much without her as we were not allowed to take dresses off the rack of try them on ourselves (again, I understand the liability here). That being said, my experience here was pleasant enough. I would make the suggestion that while they dont really do alterations such as sleeves, backs (zippers, laces, etc), and other things, it may not hurt to have examples of sleeves (with their names) so that we can try them on, see the alteration, and take it to a seamstress to add. Another bridal shop I visited had various sleeves I could "clip" on to see what I liked and did not like- it was useful for helping a visual person like myself decide. I did really appreciate the handwritten card that I received after, it was very thoughtful. They staff do seem quite friendly, so I feel bad leaving this review... but I cannot help but feel snubbed for price. I do look quite young, so perhaps I was not taken seriously... Im not sure. I have recommended them to others though, even if I myself did not purchase from here. Ive had friends who have had very positive experiences here. I do wish I could leave a 4.5 review as I feel four is too low.

FIVE STARS!!! Erin and Anna were fabulous! In the past 3 months I had tired on close to 75 dresses, I had been dress shopping 6 times and 5 out of those 6 times I didn’t find anything. At my last one I found a dress I liked but the price was pretty high and I left unsure. On my way home I found Fiori Bridal Boutique online and gave them a call. They had the same dress I liked and it was $100 CHEAPER! I chatted with Erin on the phone and loved her immediately! When I came to my appointment the boutique was adorable! Pink hangers, light pink walls, a ‘Bride’ robe & all shoes in all sizes in the dressing room, free bottled water and champagne flutes for our use – it was amazing! Erin had already pulled the dress I came to look at plus others that she thought I might like. It literally was a blast! I felt important and special, I wasn’t crammed into a small dressing room, next to a bunch of girls and paraded around in front of a bunch of strangers (like D***d’s Bridal). Also Erin was able to clip me into a MUCH smaller dress so I could see what it would look like – that was the first time a shop did that for me! Being a larger bride it was nice to be able to see what other dresses might look on me even if they only had them in 3 sizes smaller. Anna was great, she looked up what a dress would look like it the correct size and showed me on the computer. It was such a great experience! My only regret is that Fiori Bridal wasn’t my 1st stop and it was my 7th! Take it from me – make it your 1st and it will be your only! Enjoy!

I had the best experience at Fiori – I honestly could not have asked for anything better. I didn’t know what to expect when looking for a wedding dress and felt a little stressed not knowing what I wanted. Erin was so awesome and amazing and made my mom, sister, and I feel so welcome and comfortable. I went to other bridal shops to try on dresses and often felt rushed or like the person didn’t really care to help. Erin went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. In fact, the dress she suggested I try on was the dress I ultimately chose. She was honest (which I really appreciated), supportive, energetic, extremely accommodating, and so much fun! It’s hard to imagine another bridal shop in the area that is better able to provide that personal touch. I highly recommend Fiori to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience and a beautiful dress! Thank you :)

I would like to first start by saying that Erin is AMAZING! she was a god send! I had never really thought weddings let alone dresses before getting engaged, so the whole process is extremely foreign to me and she made me feel SOOO much better about it! The dresses they have at Fiori are breathe taking Justin Alexander is by far one of the most incredible designers Ive ever seen in my life! I had so much fun I am considering moving my date out just so I can keep going back and trying on dresses....(just kidding on the moving the date part :-p) GO TO FIORI!!! You will NOT I repeat NOT be disappointed!

My best friend and I attended the National Bridal Sale Event and it was simply the BEST. Really low stress, dresses in my price range, and zero pressure from anyone in the store. My friend and I pulled probably 10 dresses from all over the store and found the perfect one. It was in my price range and felt amazing. Easiest experience by far. I highly recommend popping in with a friend during the sale!

I cant begin to explain to joy and happiness Im finally filled with! Searching place to place and then I thought I found my dress. But my stomach told me to go to Fiori one last time! So I did and the first dress on the last rack was my dress!! I tried her on and my heart just melted. I knew my stomach was right by returning. Im more than happy i came back, this dress is EVERYTHING I ever imagined!!

This is a great bridal dress shop, with lots of dress choices and very friendly staff! I had so much fun trying on dresses there!
