I arrived at 8:15 p.m. today (Thursday) to find the lights on, employees inside vacuuming, yet the doors were locked. I thought it was odd they would close at 8 p.m. when the neighboring stores close at 9 p.m. The store hours were not posted anywhere so I left. When I checked online I realize their store hours are also until 9 p.m. I just took my business to Ulta instead... Id never been there before- much larger selection, friendly associates and they honored their store hours.

Awful customer service. No one said hello to me when I walked in the store nor did they ask me if I needed any help. They did however have a great time talking about what they were doing when they got out of work and talking to each other on their microphones. They couldnt find my beauty rewards account and then pretending to find it and I wasnt offered the points reward that I qualified for. I will order online.

Customer service is terrible!!! Im Vib rouge and I asked for a sample and the woman treated me like I was going to steal the product completely unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. Wont shop here again!
