While at the counter when we checked out earlier tonight we spotted two items that were billed at regular price though they were on sale. After we pointed out we had to wait for a super to come and correct that for us. But only after coming home we noticed we were overcharged for one more item. Makes one wonder if overcharging customers is being done systematically at this store. Given the weather, I wouldnt have bothered but for the price difference, it was over $20. So had to drive back to the store. Explained it to the same super that corrected the price earlier. She recognized me from earlier, went to check the price and found I was overcharged. All in all, wasted a whole hour of my evening driving 7 miles one way to this store tonight, to get the pricing right. But that was not the worst part, the super was trying to wave me off saying, "blah blah blah.....its too complicated"! Great customer service guys! It will be a long while before you see me in your store again.

Whole Foods Fairfields Sushi bar staff is incredible! They are friendly and extremely helpful. The sushi department makes these amazingly healthy tofu spring rolls (with tofu, lettuce, carrots and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper with peanut dipping sauce). Unfortunately for me, they dont always have them. When I mentioned it to the staff in the sushi department however, they told me I could always call them and order them for pick up. Now, I call and order a few of them in advance and when I pick them up they are extremely fresh and delicious and I couldnt be happier. The staff and the tofu spring rolls rock! :-)

I found this spot as a good place for a lunch time and early dinner, since they have a great variety of different salads and homemade meals. It is also a great alternative for local take outs choosing from all surrounding restaurants and fast-foods. I would give them two stars just to raise awareness of the management of this particular place. Food is not always ready to consume, and obviously I know it is not a prestigious restaurant, but the minimum standards of cleanliness and freshness should be met. I do go there once in a while these days, but it has been changing for worse over the last 9 months.

The seating area has become really filthy. My past two visits, there was debris on every table and on the floor. When I asked the service desk if they could clean the tables, someone came with a dripping wet cloth and wiped the table leaving it with puddles of questionable water. There is literally a coating of dirt on the tables. Take a plastic utensil and you can scrape it off. There was also coffee and food splattered on the wall by our booth and a layer of accumulated dust on the molding. This is weeks of dirt, not--as the service person said-- because "they were busy at lunch."

I am extremely disappointed with Whole Foods this store has some very nice associates . Crystal n Amanda their customer service is horrible . Amanda gives you a fake smile n doesnt even say hi . If its not for customers you people would not have a job . I am a regular Whole Foods customer for many years this is not a good store to shop . This one of the worse WFoods in CT .

I really love whole foods but, I dont recommend ordering anything other than salad from the food bar. Everytime I get it I ask myself why I took a chance again! Its so expensive you can really dine at a restaurant for the price and the food is either undercooked or cold. Never happy with the food bar. Other than that the prices are fairly reasonable.

The selection is great. Its expensive, but totally expected. All of the ready-to-eat food has been good. We eat here often as a family after grocery shopping. The one negative is that some items can be stupidly overpriced. Trader Joes is a great alternative, but doesnt compare to the selection here.

This whole foods is much more nicer than where I normally go back home to NC. The employees were very helpful and kind and when they werent sure about something, they went to find out. Now they didnt carry some of the brands that I like for vegan munching but I enjoyed being here nonetheless.

This whole foods is clean and theres plenty of space. The fresh food bar is great and there is tremendous variety. The service is good and friendly, no much more you could ask for from a grocery store/ lunch spot. Great tables for lunch as well.

When they have sales, especially in their cheese department, they cant be matched by any other chain grocery store. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend downloading the app for additional savings and coupons.

Its a slightly above average whole foods. Nothing special to complain about or compliment. The also have electric car charging stations which are a nice touch. However, be careful because they dont fit in the Tesla socket.

Food ia good, but whole foods is an absolute Rip off. Food is automatically $1 more just because it is in a whole foods store. Not a very wallet friendly place. They are really robbing people 1 product at a time.

Good food selection, plus some of the produce is local. Be cautious driving to the plaza that the Whole Foods is located in, the roadways are a little odd as a train track is located near the plaza. Enjoy!

This is a beautiful supermarket with a wide selection of organic food that is always fresh. Shopping here is always a nice experience. Theres always plenty of parking and the staff is extremely helpful.

I never minding driving to this store despite traffic. I bring a cooler. The selection is superb. Its a beautiful store. I love the exposed ductwork, such artistry. Its my favorite whole foods.

Good food but pricey. Selection is very large. If youre looking for a bang for your buck, look elsewhere. However, variety and some more rare/nuanced items can be found easily here.

Wear sneakers or other comfy shoes - this place is HUGE - Love it and we shop there even though we dont live in the area. Its got everything you are looking for and more...!

Great Organic Grocery. Cleaner than some of the other Whole Foods in the area. Staff is very nice and the food bars well stocked. Nice large seating area.
